I ordered the Caramelicious. What I
got was nothing like the picture even after I asked the young girl if there was whipped cream and caramel. She assured me...oh yes it's on there. Of course it wasn't. What was I thinking for $7

Me and my daughter passed Scooter's tonight and thought we would give it a try. We pull up to the order screen and my daughter took like 5 min trying to decide just to decide she didn't want anything so I ordered the peanut butter crunch blend coffee (which is delicious by the way) get to the window and the 2 ladies were just giggling and then the girl at the window asked if we were having a good night. I asked how their night was and realized they were about to close in like 3 min. Probably had everything already cleaned up on top of us taking forever to order and these ladies where just as nice as could be. They didn't rush us or have an attitude when they probably wanted to lol. For what it is worth we appreciate you workers.

They are always professional and courteous. I've never experienced a bad attitude from any location. I'll forever love the expression, "Scoot on around" because I know my coffee will be the best part of my day!

Wonderful Customer Service! We have been through here a few times now and the Customer Service is consistently wonderful! And even if they have several cars that just pulled up, you'll still be through the line within 5 minutes!
The coffee tastes amazing! I've tried several different flavors and the flavors are consistent whether you get them iced, blended, or hot.
Also, try the chocolate chip cookie! It's so worth it!
The only downfall is that it's drivethrough only - but there is no docking them for that cause they've got it down pat and the majority of us hate getting out of the car anyways
10/10 would recommend anyone to this location! Keep it up Scooters! You have a wonderful team at this location!

Service is great and the staff are very friendly but a lot of their drinks are starting to taste the same. I didn't notice cause I used to only get one type But when I started to Branch out and try different drinks I realized there's not much of a difference in flavor in any of them even if they're supposed to have totally different flavors. The food is delicious though, especially the maple sausage sandwhich

Drive thru only. Americano was very good. Chocolate chip cookies were warm and delicious. Searching for a place to get coffee and could not believe my luck in finding that this favorite coffee place in Utah is also in Alabama! Still surprising to me -- enjoy and take advantage of this opportunity Alabama!
