Very nice experience with my prenatal massage. So relaxing and helpful for my sore shoulders and back.
I had 50 min. session. I would definitely recommend 80 min.

When I first arrived I was 15 minutes early to enjoy a hot tea and read my book prior to my 90 min. massage. There was not anyone there to greet me or sign me in. When someone did come they informed me their internet was down. Which I understand. I was then shown a locker, given a robe, but no sandals. Could not find anyone to give me any. I went to the waiting room had to ask for tea. They brought me tea, but as soon as it came I was up. My massage was good but seemed rushed. Still nobody was aware that I was walking around barefoot and did not offer me any sandals. I asked for tea again. I was able to read for a bit and enjoy tea. When I went to check out they only had one of my gift cards when I gave them to the first person. She had to leave and go find the person who took my gift cards. I’m glad I suggested she do so since it was a substantial amount and I physically brought in the cards. Lack of communication within the staff was disappointing, the massage was mediocre, but we pay extra also for the ambience and customer service, that just wasn’t there Saturday morning.

As soon as you walk in here, it smells wonderful. The service here was great - the folks at the front desk were kind and offered refreshments. During the treatment, they were also very on top of refilling our drinks. We got taken to the chairs pretty quickly, and the whole treatment felt relaxing. The only negative aspect of the service was the pedicure itself. It’s the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The lady was very quick though, so that might’ve been why it was so bad. There were little air bubbles under the polish for every single one of my nails. As someone who gets kind of off-put by weird textures, it drove me crazy. I know some people find feet kind of gross, so I took very zoomed-in pictures of the nail polish on both of my big toes and cropped the heck out of it for reference. I didn’t notice/see how bad the polish was till it was dry and I was home. I hope the gal who did my pedicure will just do a better job of paying attention next time and maybe redoing the nail if it turns out bad. I don’t remember her name and even if I did, I don’t want to call her out. I’m still super open to coming back here, but definitely going to pay a lot closer attention to the pedicure.

Frequent here as often as I can and i wish I could visit more! I have moved almost 2 hours away and have still made the trip with no complaints! Great atmosphere and staff is always friendly and accommodating. Has a great outdoor relaxation area with a hot tub and loung areas! Ohh and dont forget the mimosas!! My go to spa for sure!

I love this place! It's not the cheapest place to get a massage, but Michelle's magic hands are worth the price. She did such a wonderful job, I stayed with her. While in one of the lovely waiting rooms, bedecked in a fluffy robe and sipping tea, I had the opportunity to chat with other patrons. It seems that they all felt the same loyalty to the Sawa employees they were seeing. Great employees, check. Wonderful environment, check. Cleanliness, double gold star. Definitely worth the trip.

I went to ck in no one was at the desk waited 10 minutes than the message person didn’t do what I asked her the whole time she was foucing on my neck I didn’t have headaches I end up with one and they booked me at 5pm and the close at 6pm and my message was 50 minutes by the time she asked me if I want tea she got for me and the same time she say we close in 5 mint so I didn’t drink the tea and I went to use the shower it was closed I asked the lady she said sorry we closed I end up wearing my clothes with Lotion all over me

In the last year I have been to the spa 3 times, but a handful a times before that. Each time I had the signature massage. Each time the massage was different. I would expect each time to be at least similar if not the same even though different massage therapists. We also have booked facials with a specific person, but they switched it on us without us knowing. Sometimes there is snacks, sometimes not. Sometime they offer lunch, sometime they don’t. Sometime they show you how to use the hot tub, most times they don’t. When they ask you if you want tea, mimosa or juice they don’t always bring you what you ask for - a few weeks ago asked for cranberry juice mimosa and they brought a pineapple one. Today asked for a specific tea and they brought another one, that one of us happens to be allergic to, but never told us they sub it. Luckily saw that it was subbed. I even bought a gift certificate for a friend - their first time at the spa (in May) she didn’t have a great experience, which is so frustrating for the amount we paid to gift her the experience. Massage a few weeks ago - elbows digging into my back. A towel over my head, to keep lotion maybe out of my hair, but makes you hot. Today massage the towel was shoved into the pillow/bed area to tuck it in and it pushed my face into the bed. Really felt claustrophobic. The massage on the facial included arms, chest, shoulders, neck and face and it was much better than the actual massage. Another person went with me and she too was not impressed with her massage, same technician. She was also not impressed with her facial technician. I loved my facial done by Deborah. Todays massage technician must have issue with feet as she doesn’t massage feet. The other person with me told her she wanted her lower back focused on and she focused elsewhere. I felt she was racing to massage me, it was fast quick strokes, elbows digging in again.
