Great place for the money ,spent a couple of days here ,the heater worked great . Everyone there super helpful . I've seen other reviews about this place. Personally I didnt see any lady's of the evening or drug use . If I need a room again in Decatur, I'd stay here again without thinking twice

The place was very clean and safe area with stores in walking distance. The younger good looking gentleman that works at the front deck is very sweet and more then willing to help. The maids are also very friendly. Feel very safe and almost an at home feeling. The cost was only $63.00 a night that's not bad at all for the rooms and the AC is ICE COLD. room 120 is great. They even have a very nice grass area in the back for like picnics or just to relax.💕🛌🏪🧳

Room was big. It was in the back and quiet. Nice shower. Room needs cleaned. The walls and all..Beds weren't bad. The windows open to let a nice breeze in. Need better towels and in double rooms. Leave more than one set. Work on deep cleaning with your housekeeping staff

The sheets were stained, but perhaps clean? the toilet seat had not been cleaned, as I was able to remove pubic hair and grease with dry toilet paper. The walls were covered in dirt and hand stains. Two rooms had small charcoal grills outside the doors.if you are looking for a cheap place to stay long-term, this might be for you. If you want a clean place to feel safe and shower, you'll probably want to look elsewhere. There was no interior security lock. The place was quiet and the air conditioner worked.

This is the place to go if you like a rude (Eric) owner/manager. Housekeeping trying to do the least amount of work. Toilet had hardwater stains on it and looked like it had not been scrubbed for 3 months or more. Maid would knock on door and ask if I needed anything. I was there for a week and on the days I was gone before the housekeeper arrived, I would return and find the room untouched except for towels. Bed waas not made. I finally asked for linens change on the 5th day. The bedspread had over 15 cigarette burns on it and 2 large tears over 4 inches long. Got a better bedspread after linens changed; it only had one 5 inch tear in it.||||Eric told me the maid said I had spilt something on the bed. Which I had not, but should not matter if I had an accident or not. This lady was drama with a capital D. She ran the check in Saturday night and was trying to tak this man and woman to use the tattoo artist she had used. I am not against tattoos, but have none, but seeing the ones she had, I would have advised them to steer clear of that artist.||||I was waiting on a package from my employer and told Eric I might need to stay another day. He responded with I want you out. I said no problem. Glad his business is so good, but judging from the 70% rooms with drapes open and vacant, i doubt it. I will never return there, but thank him because I found another motel in the same town that charged the same daily and weekly rate. Had rooms 2x bigger and much cleaner. Look for that review next.

Very pleasant experience. The rates are very decent. It was very clean and quiet. Good people on staff. It has comfy beds, tv, wifi, fridge, microwave. Everything you need or want. It's also in a spot where ADM's putrid "air" doesn't hit, so no foul smell. Would stay their 10 out of 10 times.

The manager was decent to me. As you can see this place is very run down it needs a lot of work. My first room's air conditioner had been canabaliized to repair others. Would I stay here again only if I need to catch the greyhound out of Decatur again. As that is the greyhound stop.

Rooms need major updates/ repairs cracked shower base mildew in shower corners. Light bulbs not all working. Would sleep in my car before staying again.
