I have been going to Sanctuaire for over 5 years now. Ann, the owner, is very skilled at what she does. She is truly a master injector! I have been going to her for Botox, fillers, and sculptra and I have always felt that I was in very capable hands. She is also very compassionate and always places a great emphasis on safety and quality. I have also seen Thanh for facials and she is also a dear. I like that things have been consistent through the years and the employees are always happy to see me treating me like family. Highly recommend it!

Every time you go back there’s a completely new staff, there’s no consistency whatsoever. The owner Ann also only cares about selling you more on things you don’t need and will make you feel horrible about yourself. She will charge you a different price than someone else, and will offer a better version of the same treatment “only if she likes you”. If you don’t explicitly say “I saw this deal…,” she will charge you full price. There has been an incredible amount of drama revolving this. I would recommend staying away. She will sanitize her gloves, rather than just grabbing a new pair and risk for infection here is very high

I have been seeing Ann for seven years at Sanctuaire for injectables. The place is clean and seems to be well run by a friendly an knowledgeable staff. I won't go anywhere else!

I am in the process of having Sculptra injections done by Ann. After three sessions my eye bags are almost gone and my cheeks look fuller and younger.

My experience with both locations have been extremely professional and very clean. Ann took time to listen and I never felt rushed. I feel she really cares about her clients. I have quite a problem with pain in my jaw, and while Botox does not last forever, I was pain free for the 1st time in over 20 years, and it lasted a good amount of time. Top of the line in all ways.

Sadly, I must leave a bad review. My experience with Sanctuaire MD started well as my first treatment was a chemical peel. They had a promotional package with IPL and Botox ...I figured I gave myself a birthday treatment and spent the money to do both treatment...it wasn't cheap. The IPL left dark spots... hyperpigmentation on my cheeks and forehead, opposite of was supposed to happen. My face looked like I got whip lash on my face. I went back after 4 weeks to ask what could be done to repair my face. The nurse recommended another IPL treatment, which I paid for as they did not offer any discount. It made it much worse and caused more darker hyperpigmentation. I was told by the NP Anne to wait 10 weeks and come back. She gave me some topical products to reduce the pigmentation. I used the products for over 2 months, and it helped a little. I asked Anne if I could do something a little stronger as it was over 2 months of walking around with the dark spots. She stated she wanted to wait a few more weeks before any treatment...that was frustrating as I had hide my face with a mask. It was too embarrassing to show my face public. Anne promised to follow up in a few weeks. It's been 5 months, and there no follow-up. I went to see my plastic surgeon, Dr. Macdonald in SF, who was so kind to create a treatment to start repairing the skin on my face. He has done a remarkable job and am thankful. I am disappointed that Sanctuaire MD cares more about deep pockets than their clients.

My review finally triggered a response after 5 months. Instead of receiving apology for their lack of follow-up and not keeping their promise to help repair my face. The blame is put on the client ...me to avoid accountability and responsibility. Again another disappointment.

Ann is my gal! Ive been seeing her on and off for YEARS! I come back because I get the best when I see her and her staff. Professional and super clean-- now i just need to win the lottery so I can see her for the rest of my life 🙂
