The customer service and cleanliness of this hotel is a 10 out of 10! The staff is so professional, helpful and friendly! Their Club M is the best lounge I’ve seen at the Marriott’s I’ve stayed in. It is always stocked and has the best snacks. Shout out to Kenneth at the front desk, Tan at the Restaurant/Bar and Shawn Milburn. They make my business stays so comfortable, it feels like home. Thank you!

Excellent stay at the San Ramon Marriott. Front desk staff were very friendly. They have a M lounge on the first level for Marriott Bonvoy members where the breakfast was very good. Parking is adjacent to the hotel and is reasonable at $14 per night. You can walk over to several restaurants a few blocks away, Target shopping area as well and Whole Foods Grocery store. Easy access right off of the 680 freeway if you are in the Dublin/San Ramon/Pleasanton area.

What a joy and blessing it was to stay at the San Ramon Marriott with my spouse, son, and daughters; grandson, and Son In Law to prepare our daughter’s wedding. The rooms were large enough along with the dining for our family. The grounds were beautiful to walk and enjoy. Shopping in walking distance to get dinner. Excellent.

Overall newer rooms at property but very dirty. My bathroom was FILTHY. Hair and dust all over it. See pictures for dust and pubes

The room itself was modern but the floors were also covered with dark marks and very dirty. I would not recommend if you value a clean room

Pinky at the front desk went above and beyond to help me book the perfect stay. Kenneth, Christian, and Michelle greeted me warmly during my stay and accommodated my arrival requests, and the friendly people inside M lounge and Bishop Grill made me feel valued and welcome. I always choose San Ramon Marriott as my favorite place when I travel through this area because their staff is so wonderful. Highly recommend to all.

Atrocious Marriott Ambassador benefits coupled with neglected engineering issues resulted in one of the worst stays in recent memory.

I spend 250+ nights annually in hotels and can’t think of the last time I was treated so poorly.

No hot water in the morning. Called front desk 3 times, no answer. Walked to front desk, nobody there. Inquired via the Marriott app and 20 minutes later I was told engineering was a route to my room, but never arrived. Washed my hair in the sink and promptly checked out. Nobody seemed to care.

AC system is circa 1989 and although the set point was 68, the coolest the room reached was 76 degrees. No sleep.

I could go on, but this property trajectory is trending unfavorably. I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but this property is a 1-star superstar. If you travel frequently, avoid this property.

Finally, Ellen in the bar and lounge was the only bright spot of my stay. Wonderful service and empathy. Wish this property could clone here; this location needs more folks like Ellen.

I stayed during a recent business trip and must commend the Reservation Coordinator at the hotel, Felicie, with providing excellent service and ensuring that my stay details, as well as others were in order prior to my arrival. I have stayed at other hotels where these details were often overlooked and caused confusion for the group upon arrival, but at the San Ramon Marriott everything went smoothly, so a hearty thank you to Felicie for making it happen.

It’s a good hotel for the price. It has all the basics. However, if you are placed in a connecting room, you can hear every.little.thing. in the next room. It’s horrible. I heard their entire conversation constantly and it woke me up in the morning. It’s shocking how clear you can hear in the other room. Also you have to pay for WiFi which is ridiculous
