A beautiful building with so much of history. It was one of the first woman club in San Jose and still active. We had a guided tour with the manager here and it was fantastic. They have kept most of the original materials like tiles on the steps , the seats on the mezzanine floor. It's a active place and hold parties and events here. Do visit if you are in San Jose.

I've been to several events at the San Jose Woman's Club and they have all been wonderful. The Rancho Compassion fundraiser was epic - a thrilling time and a beautiful venue. I loved how the Edgar Allan Poe event was set up (spooky with perfect lighthing and music). Staff was professional and helpful with questions. Nice place to have an event.

Nice place with a history of supporting women for decades. Built specially for the club and designed to fit its social purpose. It has several spaces for meetings of all kinds, from small to big. One can find beautiful and photogenic details in doors and stairs.

I was searching for an amazing venue and I found it! The facility was perfect for my daughter’s quinceañera. The customer service was amazing, Ms. Lidia Gomez gave us a tour of the facility and we fell in love. She made us feel welcome and was very friendly. The facility was very spacious and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend for your event!

Beautiful building. We were here for a small group session at a conference I attended. The volunteer gave us a quick tour filled with some interesting info. Looks like it’s be a beautiful place to have a wedding or anniversary party. Built in 1929 as a woman’s club, this is one of the oldest woman’s clubs in the country. It’s Spanish architecture and original work is just gorgeous.

Whether planning an event or playing tourist in the city, this historic site should definitely be on your list.
