What can I say about this place, the food was absolutely delicious. I got the burrito with carnitas and the meat was just so tender. It was delicious. I'm usually not one to get full off of a single entree so I got the salsa's nachos as well but the burrito is pretty big and filling so I end up having to get the nachos to go. My wife got the Chili's Colorado and she absolutely loved it. I'm definitely will be returning to this place for future visits. The staff was friendly though there was a little confusion. All in all very good experience.

Good food! I got chicken fajitas and a side of guacamole. Service was a little slow for us but the staff is friendly and the atmosphere was open and fun!

Unfortunately, our visit to Salsa’s this evening was less than desirable. For starters, there were only two-three other tables being served when we arrived. Service was very slow and I wondered if they were even going to take our order or not. When the food arrived, the rice was over-cooked and the rice grains were crunchy, not soft. The enchiladas were below average for a good Mexican restaurant. My wife ordered a chili relleno which was barely average. Refried beans were good. We informed our server that the food quality was less than desirable so they reduced our bill by $4.32. We have been to Salsa’s a number of times and it’s always been one of our favorites for Mexican Food. This time, we left very disappointed. At this time, I would not recommend or encourage others to support this establishment.

Reliable service. Fast, attentive, ready to serve. And if you're in a rush, they have the check ready too. Good Mexican food in Clovis. I like the salsa that comes with the chips. Entrees are always filling.

Bright and open Saloon hall style dining.
Nice long, Bar with large TV's for viewing. Could easily be a cool night spot and casual date restaurant. Friendly and kind Bar staff. Great drinks and the food was great.

Went here because the place next door was closed. I have to say it was THE BEST decision and now I have a new favorite Mexican place in the Fresno/Clovis area. We ordered the Chile Verde burrito, stuffed empanadas, and the Chile Verde Enchiladas. The rice was so flavorful and tasted like it was made more with broth than the tomato paste and sauce. All the flavor of this place reminds me of Michoacan cooking and is amazing. Will definitely be back!
