While it might seem like a subtle hotel amenity, as soon as you step inside, you can feel how special it is—clean, cozy, and high-end. Everything instantly puts you at ease.

Spotless and Adorable Spa Space
The women’s soaking pool area was my absolute favorite! Immaculately clean with perfectly warm water, soaking in it felt like washing away all my fatigue. What surprised me were the super cute murals on the walls around the pool! They instantly brought a fun, lively vibe, and brightened my mood.

A Professional Full-Body Massage Experience
Of course, the highlight of any spa is the massage! I had the pleasure of experiencing a full-body massage, and let me tell you, May, the therapist, was phenomenal! Her techniques were spot on—not too firm, not too soft—and she really paid attention to every detail. She found all my tension points with ease and gradually worked through the aches in my muscles. For the entire hour, I was totally immersed in her magical hands—it was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep!

If you need a reason to unwind, this is a must-stop during your mountain getaway. They offer head therapy, full-body massages, outdoor yoga classes, Valmont facials, and so many other wellness treatments. It’s truly a girl’s dream spa retreat!

This was my first time at this spa. I heard that their LPG treatments are really helpful for the skin and muscles, so I decided to give it a try. I did both the body and facial LPG treatments. After the session, I noticed that my facial skin improved a lot. I've always had some issues with my shoulders and lower back, which are often painful, but after the treatment, my body felt much more comfortable. The staff was very professional, and every detail was handled with great care. Even their beds can be adjusted to perfectly fit the curve of my lower back and are heated, making the whole experience very comfortable for my back and shoulders

Just left this place 5 minutes ago and had to write this review. We had a couple massage for Valentine’s date today scheduled for 1pm and we came 45 minutes early as they do suggest to come at least 30 minutes early. But I have never been to a spa where the masseuse are the ones late for the appointment. We booked an hour massage but they were 10 minutes late. They open the door at our room at 1:10 and finished the massage 2:04 pm. So you cut us 6 minutes short. Okay. My massage was just okay, nothing special about it (for such a luxury spa), the massage for my boyfriend was not good at all. His masseuse just kept digging and digging and holding pressure. Not relaxing or comfortable at all. We both couldn’t wait for the massage to be over. It was an hour of pain and sometimes you think maybe this is what your body needs—but it was just excruciating—the whole experience. The cherry on top was, the lady on the front desk asked us for the gratuity if we wanted to give cash or card. Even though we aren’t happy with our massage we still tipped. The lady in the front desk then told me that “they require 20% tip” I said I have never been to a spa where there is a certain percent of tip REQUIRED. First of all, Gratuity is given because the service was appreciated or because it was fantastic. And second of all, YOUR policy at your website says “it is customary to give 15-20% tip but of course it is at YOUR discretion” —meaning the customer’s discretion. I even attached the photo as a reminder to the staff, especially the lady at the front desk. Please read your own policy before you tell your customers and force us to tip 20%.

It was my first time visiting for a Valmont facial treatment, and I had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly informative and gentle throughout the entire process. After the treatment, my face was glowing, deeply hydrated, and felt so clean. The esthetician who did my facial also gave a professional face and neck massage that was truly relaxing. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend their services.
