We came up for opening night last night and had a blast. It was cold out but the fires and music were perfect. The kids had a blast running around and playing all the games set up after dinner and the adults got to hang, have a couple drinks, and relax. We all left absolutely stuffed for the drive back to Phoenix. Well worth the drive for the food and family friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

Salinas’s Smoke Street Barbecue in Globe, Arizona, is just the kind of spot where families can come together, have fun, and enjoy some seriously good food.

Our family tried a bit of everything—brisket, sausage, pulled pork, and ribs—and it was all amazing. The meat was cooked just right, tender, and full of smoky flavor. The birria tacos were a hit, packed with flavor, and the brisket nachos, loaded with melted cheese and smoked meat, were absolutely delicious.

The service was great—friendly and quick. Everyone there was super nice and made us feel welcome. We also thought it was really cool that they had a third-party bar set up outside while they wait for their liquor license. Instead of selling their own drinks, they brought in local businesses to handle it, which was such a nice touch.

The atmosphere was awesome. There was a guy playing guitar on the porch, and the Western decor made everything feel cozy and fun. The whiskey barrels and fire pits outside were really cool too. The fire pits were perfect for the chilly evening, and they’ll be great for family hangouts when it’s a little warmer.

If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly spot with great barbecue and a cool vibe, Salinas’s Smoke Street Barbecue is the place to go. We loved it and will definitely be back!

We drove up from Phoenix just for the occasion, and it was absolutely worth it. In fact, we’ve already decided this will be a regular stop for us!

Each of us tried a different meat—brisket, sausage, pulled pork, and ribs—and shared bites. Every single dish was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, showcasing just how good Texas-style barbecue can be.

The birria tacos were a highlight, bursting with rich, mouthwatering flavors, while the brisket nachos, piled high with gooey cheese and smoky brisket, were easily some of the best we’ve had.

The service was phenomenal—timely, warm, and incredibly friendly. The staff made us feel like family from the moment we walked in. One feature that stood out was the third-party bar set up outside, as they’re still waiting on their liquor license. Rather than delaying, they brought in local businesses to handle drinks, showing how much they value community support.

The atmosphere tied everything together. A live guitarist played on the porch, setting a relaxed and fun vibe. The Western-themed decor, complete with whiskey barrels, gave the space authentic charm. The fire pits outside were a fantastic touch—perfect for family gatherings, especially as the weather warms up.

This place is awesome for families! The vibe is super relaxed, and the BBQ is out of this world—tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The sides hit the spot, too. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. Plenty of room for kids, and it’s just a great spot to hang out and enjoy some amazing food. Definitely worth checking out!

I LOVE the cozy, family friendly outdoor patio with fire pits, music and games. The staff is GREAT! The food is delicious. I had the Birria tacos and beans ? and they were SO good!

Both the food and service were phenomenal. The Texas twinkies and brisket queso appetizers were so good. (Brisket queso was hearty enough to be eaten as a meal.). We had the Loco and Tri-tip sandwiches with Mac n’ cheese and cornbread. Everything was so good! Definitely will be back!!!

In my world Barbecue means different meats , this is not the case only prime brisket , expensive , no fries , no plain salad like tomatoes and lettuce, and awful chairs , and the place it’s small one person on top of the other; If I. Pay for a nice meal I like to be comfortable and have a drink with my meal, here you don’t have any wine and if you want a drink you have to go outside to get one ; We were told they were waiting for the license well why don’t you open when you are ready , bad business , when you are looking forward to have lunch and you have to go. away.
