No one answers the phone when you call. Paid almost $170 for a weeks worth of groceries for 1 person today. Was going to buy large milkbone dog treats for my retired service dog and Safeway wanted almost $21 for a box. Chewy has them for $15. Just one example of how this Safeway price gouges consumers. There's only 3 grocery stores in this town and they're all price gouging their customers.

I like Safeway, but putting so many handicapped parking is very sad. Not all seniors can get a handicap placard or license plate. I m 79 years old and I would like to be able to park closer too. But to put ALL handicap parking in front of the only in/out doors. Out front of the only in/out doors. You have parking for the bank, employees & the side parking for equipment where do you expect non handicapped people to park? Just asking!

It has the best deli to order lunch/dinner. Especially if you want to eat healthy, wholesome food that's the right place to go. I love the green salads, pasta salads, cold vegetables, and sandwiches. I like to eat the chicken tenders, roasted chicken, macaroni and cheese, and pizza sticks a lot, too.

A review just for the deli: This is the best place to get a custom made sandwich for a day hiking or boating around Clearlake. They open early and you can get sandwiches any time. They use top notch ingredients, they are friendly, they make it exactly how you request.

We just got ripped off again. Ordered groceries for curbside delivery, missing $45 worth of fruits and veggies. Called the store and all they would say is to go through the app and ask for a refund.The app says wait 24 hours for an answer. Safeway will not refund you or fix their mistakes what so ever. We will gladly switch to another.
