Laurie Jo weaves magic into her guided Yoga Nidra sessions. Intricately creating a script that coincides with the seasons, stage of the moon and the earths energy.
The space is inviting with plenty of blankets, pillows and an alter designed to coincide with the theme. Sacred Tuesdays have become my favorite.
All the events I’ve attended at Sacred Spa have been exceptional with much thought going to every detail. I highly recommend attending any of her offerings.

This healing space is so beautiful! Luscious greenery throughout the grounds, as well as several areas to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Laurie Jo is a gracious and energetic host; making sure everyone feels included. She hand-picked the healers, making sure their energy matched her own. She provided a flavorful healthy spread for all of us, without even knowing how many of us would be attending. I will definitely be back again.

My wife and I just an absolutely amazing experience here. It was called a Couples Sound Healing Journey, and featured a sound bath. If you're like me, you've never heard of a sound bath, but don't let that keep you away. It was transformative.

We entered a marvelous spot, a kind of yurt or large round tent, with windows at the top and a big comfortable bed in the middle. All around the walls and floor were beautiful crystals, glass bells, brass singing bowls, rainmakers, a big gong, and lots of pillows and blankets. First we spent some time setting intentions, then stepped both individually and together into a large brass bowl for the first 'treatment'. By tapping the bowl, Laurie Jo was able to produce deep ringing vibrations which travelled up from our feet, vibrated within us and seemed to go on forever.

That was just the warm-up! Soon, we crawled under a blanket on the bed, closed our eyes, and just took in the rolling, ringing, pulsing, waves of sound from the bells, bowls, crystals, and other things that sounded like oceans and rain. And the gong! Wow. The sounds swirled all about us, vibrating in and out of our bodies, blending and separating, coming together in a kind of symphony and also sometimes small and quiet. It really was a total body experience. A sound bath is a perfect way to describe it.

Throughout this time, Laurie Jo provided soft guidance and wise words, really helping guide the entire experience as a journey of love and renewal for us. A real couple's experience, not just both of us doing the same thing together. We emerged blissed out and soft and loving and overall reminded both why we're together, and how deeply we can integrate our love into our daily lives.

It's a must. Oh, and there was hibiscus tea and chocolate-covered strawberries as well!

Earth Day celebration at the Sacred Space Spa was wonderful. Beautiful day, beautiful souls, it was such a gift to recieve! Yoga outside was so nice, feeling the earth, wonderful food, and a blessed sound bath to end the day. Left feeling delightfully relaxed and grounded! Can’t wait till the next spa day. Thank you.
