This hotel is a winner! Perfect location for families visiting the Children's Museum, with friendly staff and stunning lake/city views. Clean, comfortable rooms and quiet nights make for a highly recommended stay.

I booked this hotel for my husband’s birthday and it didn’t disappoint! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel looked really nice! Our room was really nice as well! We really liked the view and our bathroom with the walk-in shower!! We also enjoyed the accessibility from the hotel to all of the restaurants, stores and activities on the pier! We had no idea that it was connected! Needless to say that we’ll be bringing our children back!

We absolutely loved our stay! Our view was amazing and the room was updated and clean. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s so close to great deep dish, Garrett’s popcorn, Centennial wheel and the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. The access to Offshore Rooftop was a nice bonus.
The parking is a little steep at $65/night and the incidental hold is $100/night. I paid $50 to check-in about an hour early, even as a Hilton Honors member. Generally, it seems all hotels in Chicago nickel and dime like crazy though. So, plan accordingly.
That said, we would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is marvelous. The location is spectacular. I've stayed three times now and have enjoyed each visit. The staff are great. Leave your car in the garage and walk the lakefront and nearby city streets. Plenty of options for food within walking distance. Views from rooms are incredible during day and night. Sunrise over lake with a cup of coffee is the best. Get up early and enjoy it!

Every room boasts stunning, floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a one-of-a-kind panorama of the city skyline, Navy Pier, and Lake Michigan (See photo!). It's hard to imagine a better way to wake up than to the sparkling waters of the lake framed by Chicago's iconic skyline.

The location couldn’t be more ideal—it’s situated right on Navy Pier, granting guests direct access to shops, activities, and a wide array of eateries. Whether you’re exploring the pier or heading into downtown to visit museums and Millennium Park, everything is just minutes away.

I highly recommend the valet parking option for the convenience, allowing unlimited entry and exit for a set price—far more practical than the hourly charge of the Navy Pier parking garage.

Sable at Navy Pier truly offers an unmatched experience, blending perfect views, prime location, and outstanding hospitality. I can’t recommend it enough, it's something you must experience for yourself!

Very happy with our stay! We did a last minute reservation, and from the moment we checked in to when we checked out, the hotel was all what we look for. Cleanliness, tidy, sleek, quiet, welcoming. The room was very clean, sleek, modern feel, with amazing views of the lake. The hallways and entrance were top notch, and the staff on top of giving great service. Will save this hotel as one of our favs to stay in the city.

I recently stayed at Sable at Navy Pier, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The views from the rooms are absolutely stunning—whether you're looking out over the iconic Navy Pier or the beautiful Chicago skyline, it's hard to beat the scenery. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a great base for exploring the city.

That said, while the hotel offers amazing views and a prime location, the staff could be a bit more engaging. The service felt somewhat detached, and it would have been nice to experience a more personable touch during my stay.

Additionally, getting to the hotel can be a bit tricky. It's not the easiest location to access, especially for those who aren't familiar with the area or relying on public transportation.

Overall, Sable at Navy Pier offers a solid stay with breathtaking views, though there’s room for improvement in the service and accessibility departments. Visited Nov. 2024, solo trip.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel with amazing views! Comfy room with plenty of space, a small fridge, a choice to sit at a small table with chair or bench by the window to take in the views of the city & lake. Plus so much more!! From check-in to check-out everything was perfect.
