The place is very nice looking and the massage chairs are awesome. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was seated right away. I chose an upgraded pedicure and I noted a girl across from me was about half done with her pedicure.(she had a hot towels on her legs) My nail tech got to work but it just seemed like there was no effort. My nails got filed but barely ran the file over them.. she did all the steps but just didn’t seem to care at all.. No massage just gently rubbing it in like putting on lotion. When she had finished I noticed the girl across from me was still getting what looked like a very nice massage. ( I thought to myself she must have gotten the top tier pedicure) After sitting for a while to dry I went up to pay and the same girl was at the desk paying. Her pedicure was less than mine. I mentioned something to the girl checking out that I was paying for the upgraded pedicure and mine took less time than hers but she just shook her head and told me I was wrong. When I got home I realized my toes looked really bad. I was just in town to visit friends so I won’t make the same mistake again but wanted to let others know about my experience.

I went to this place today and the girl I was with was rude and hurt me multiply times with the drill and tearing off skin. She did my pedicure first and made me bleed, trying to fix it she put this powder stuff on my toe in which in stung since it was an open wound. After she was rubbing my feet she made a side comment about my toenails being small and seemed unprofessional. She then proceeded to whisper to the woman next to her and then looked back at me and ask if I wanted my eyebrows waxed. Thought that was EXTREMELY RUDE even if she was trying to make money. After that I went and got a manicure with dip no tip. I told her I wanted my cuticles done and she said that it was an extra $10 which is crazy because I am already spending $55 getting dip and getting charged extra. I told her I did not want my natural nails filed or cut down. She ended up filing it and when I brought it up she said I was making them even” I don’t care if they aren’t even, I let my nails naturally grow and told her to not do it in which she proceeded to anyways. Now with my manicure she jabbed my skin with the drill and made me have raw spots. She slipped multiple times and the drill rubbed my finger. After the dip on my left hand she went to the right and applied three coats in which my left side had 2. I could see through the blue on the nail and see my natural nail, in which the other hand the nails were thick. I made a comment again about my nails being too short because she began to file it down. I was beyond upset and cried after I left. I went to the desk and they said “ohhh we will fix the left side” they said it would take a couple minutes, I stayed for an extra 15 while she rushed through. I left there with my nails being so thick on the left side because she did not file it down with the drill after the second time I sat down. I’ve been getting my nails done with dip for years, and they always smooth it down after applying. So now my left fingers feel bulky while my right were drilled down flatly. I’m beyond pissed at this place and will not be coming back. It hurt my feelings that they did not intend to not give me a discount or take any money off after my toes and fingers are raw and my nails are messed up. All they could do was try to beg me to sit back down. Do not recommend

Had a great experience getting a pedicure and SNS with tips and designs! My daughter got her nails painted as well. It was her first time so she was shy but they were patient with her and kind!

I can not explain how amazing S Nails & Spa is. T was so educational explaining how my nails can strengthen abs what was the perfect nail service I needed. I ended up with hybrid gel and my nails look natural and strong thanks to T. I was hesitant looking for salons near my hotel since I am out of town, and I do happy I came here.

Wow! My experience at S Nails & Spa was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The facial was so rejuvenating, the massage was heavenly, and the hair wash left my hair feeling silky smooth. My nails were gorgeously dipped in spring purple and match my toe nails. I honestly wish I could give them 10 stars because they truly deserve it. The staff were attentive, professional, and made sure every detail was perfect. I can't wait to go back for another blissful session!"

Starting an amazing hair wash and facial session then mani / pedis … everyone was over the top nice and made sure we had the most fun and relaxing girls day out ever.
All services were top notch! 100% recommend with zero complaints.

I took my niece to get acrylic dip powder on her nails for the first time. The nails look fine and of course she’s happy with them. However, her auntie was absolutely unhappy with the male nail tech. He was pretty rude and the way he was handling her nails and hands almost made me behave out of character for the 41 year old professional I am. I strive to be an excellent example for my niece, so I had to calm myself pretty quickly. I believe in excellent customer service and genuine respect for everyone, so I was completely disappointed. There’s also purple dip powder around some of her nails on the skin that I’m quite sure could have been removed. Needless to say I did not leave a tip and we won’t be back. Daisy nails was closed and that’s the only reason we were even there!

I am extremely particular about nail salons since I’ve had issues with some in the past. This is the first salon I’ve been to since I moved here over a month ago, and my first time at this place and the experience is definitely spa like treatment. I only got a pedicure but I will definitely be back for other services in addition to this ! 100/100 recommend.
