Great location to everything and great staff. The room was clean and serviced well. The breakfast was simple but tasty. We are planning to come back again, and will definitely use this Super 8 location when we return to Paragould. Management should be proud.

Amazing stay, the place was so nice and clean. Very quiet and the bed was amazing not too hard not too soft made for a good night sleep. The staff and people were friendly and very helpful and if they didn't know they would find out for you. I will definitely stay here more.

Great hotel, superb customer service, and very good breakfast. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel staff are professional and friendly. I recommend this hotel when staying in Paragould. Paragould is a nice city in Northeast Arkansas and worth the visit.

I was told that check in there was $100 deposit required, so I paid it on my debit card and I was told I would get reimbursed when I checked out the next morning. So when I checked out the girl said oh it will take 24 hours to 4 days to get your money back. I told her well it came off of my debit card which came right out of my bank account which should have been given to me right back. It wasn't a credit card. So I waited 5 days and I called the motel and she says oh it could take anywhere up to 7 days to get your money back. First it was 4 days then it was 7 days. I still don't have my money back and I'm really not happy

Room seemed to look good when we walked in but we soon found out different. The covers are thin as paper, the fitted sheet pooped off our mattress, the mattress cover was disgusting. We were trying to watch TV after a long day and the TV remote didn't work and was missing the battery cover. The bathroom was nasty, there were pubes from someone else's crotch around the toilet and you could tell bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned. All the lamps had bad rust on them also. The bed was hard as a rock. Only plus I found in that room was good pillows.

I was staying here in order to watch the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse (Paragould is on the central track). The Super 8 is undergoing renovation that should soon be completed. I was in one of the newly renovated King bed rooms. Comfortable and surprisingly spacious for a budget motel. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Someone is boarding homeless people in this hotel and it made my wife very uncomfortable. Several barefoot filthy men were staying there. They stayed outside smoking the entire time we were there. They would stare at us as we walked by. We previously enjoyed staying here, but never again!
