Stopped through here on my way back to Fairbanks and it was great! The woman who took my order and made my coffee was very friendly. North Pole Coffee isn’t my personal favorite, BUT she made my latte excellently 🙂

I use to really look forward to rustic blends but it seems everytime I go the coffee gets worse. Waited 45 minutes to get a cappuccino only to be given what can best be described as a lukewarm americano.

Complete joke.

The wait is often times in excess of 30 mins. No awareness of staff in terms of calling off larger orders to avoid massive lines forming.

Broken system.

If it wasn’t the only coffee shop in town open on certain days I wouldn’t ever bother with coming here.

They make the best strawberry banana red bull smoothies! Love the whip cream they use and you can call or text your order in and pick it up when you get there!!

Usually really enjoy this place but the last two coffees I’ve had have tasted pretty bad, the barista acted annoyed when we pulled up and I think there was no coffee in the americano just cream and water. Not sure I’d recommend if you like hot coffee drinks
