Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I checked in 12/05 and lost a belonging. When calling the front desk my phone was going in and out so I asked “ is this the motel” he responded at 10:04 on 12/21/2024 “ I SAID THIS IS THE MOTEL” with a disgusting attitude and i apologized and they decided to hang up . I’m actually on my way up there because I need this energy in person . Highly don’t recommend the stay unless you want a messed up room anyway .
