You have to eat on Route 66 if you can! This was a fun and unique spot the kids and I discovered on a roadtrip. It was busy on service was ok. Food was overall good. A smidge pricey. We had sandwiches and burgers and their root beer.

Although we are not motor heads, it was still a fun experience. We didn’t have time for the museum and gift shop because we wanted to get home.

Stepping back in time along the iconic Route 66, you'll discover a true gem, a place overflowing with nostalgia and charm. This isn't just a quick stop; it's an experience, a journey through decades past. Prepare to be captivated by the sheer volume and variety of memorabilia on display, a veritable treasure trove of Americana. From classic Coca-Cola advertisements that evoke memories of simpler times to automotive relics that whisper tales of road trips and open highways, this establishment offers something for everyone. You'll find yourself wandering through aisles packed with vintage signs, antique toys, and countless other artifacts, each with its own story to tell.
Beyond the captivating collection of memorabilia, the on-site restaurant serves up top-notch fare. The menu boasts a delicious selection of dishes, and the friendly and knowledgeable servers are happy to offer recommendations. On our visit, we heeded our server's advice and tried two of their specialties, and we were absolutely delighted. The food was not only delicious but also prepared with evident care and attention to detail. It was the perfect complement to the overall nostalgic atmosphere.
The experience extends beyond the indoor displays. The property itself is a showcase of vintage items, with fascinating pieces scattered throughout the outdoor areas. You can stroll through a veritable outdoor museum, discovering hidden gems around every corner. Inside, a dedicated museum building houses even more treasures, offering a deeper dive into the history and culture of the past. For those interested in automotive history and events, the "Autodome" provides a unique focus, showcasing the evolution of the automobile and hosting various related events. Whether you're a seasoned collector, a history buff, or simply looking for a fun and memorable experience, this Route 66 landmark is an absolute must-see. If your travels take you anywhere near this area, make sure to carve out some time to explore this extraordinary destination. You won't be disappointed.

This place should be a must visit on anyone's list. The menu is huge. But so is everything else at motorheads. The food is wonderful and portions are large. I had a burger which was fantastic with home-cooked chips. It did not disappoint! Also it's a great atmosphere. So much to look at. Much going on. But it's fun. Service was superior. We couldn't have had a better service experience.

Stumbled upon here while visiting the plant store in the north east corner of the parking lot. Alive on 66! Which is equally as awesome. We enjoyed the Friday fish buffet and the food was so fresh. Our waiter Jasmine was so attentive and kind. I’d go back just to have her as our server.

There’s a cute little car museum for car enthusiasts as well. My son enjoyed it!

It was my first time visiting, and it was fun. The decor contained a lot of historical information about the area. The museum was closed when I was there. They had a few casino games if you’re interested. There is a full bar and tables.

The bartender was great. She fixed my old fashion with a thick cut of candied jalapeño bacon—so good! They also had delicious-looking dessert cheesecakes in the case.

On the 99th birthday of The Mother Road, I thought it fitting to stop in and see what MotorHeads was all about. I had the Allgaier burger and sweet potato fries. These were both amazing! I can't remember our waitress' name, but she was great. Looks like a super fun place to see live music in the summer too!!!

Finally got to have a bite to eat here. Started out with cups of chili for both of us. Now please stop reading here or read it all to be fair. The bartender sat the cups down and I tried a spoon of it to see how hot it was and if I liked it plain. I thought it smelled like Alpo dog food and was almost a no at that point, but it didn't really taste like it smelled. So I threw the cheese and onions in it with the crackers and stirred it all up. OMG was I surprised! I loved it. I ate mine which by the way probably qualified for a bowl rather than just a cup, plus I ate most of hers too. She said same thing the smell was ugh but it sure tasted different. We had a shrimp flatbread that we shared and it was a little dark on the crust ok charcoaled. Wouldn't really recommend it, but the place is awesome and we then went next door to the "Gift Shop" aka plant store where we met the owner who was standing in for her daughter on that day. We enjoyed looking and talking plants with her sharing pics of my mom's garden and our cactus in Florida. Make sure your wife your GFriend and your significant other check this place out just don't take them all on the same day, that might get wierd.
