This is s wonderful place! Coffee is sooo delicious, place is clean, atmosphere is delightful, everyone is very nice, employees are very respectful and friendly. I order slice of bread, cashier recommended, and it was DELICIOUS! I'm definitely going back.

Great place to eat. It's family owned which is always great to support. And the quality and size of the portions are great. The only downside is they can be packed at times, but that just means they're that good.

My old pal'et from my drinkin days, Slippŕy Boxlicker from Hayward was in Napa for the 4th and asked if I could give her a ride back to Hayward, it seems she had a little misfortune with her companion. Well, I've always been willing to lend a hand to a friend in need and she needed help, so I stepped up to the plate and told her...sure, but it'll cost you lunch when we get there. She was all in, and as a matter of fact.. she said "We'll go to Rosy's Cafe, I know the waitress there, she's cute as can be, and if you play your cards right...she give us a 3 way!"
Damn! Women...you're talkin a 3 way, and she said..Straight up!
Well, we got to Rosy's and Slippŕy ordered herself a salad and a 3 way for me, right out in the open...in front of everyone. And, I'll tell you what it was Amazing! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

I like this place because it's like a mom n pops kinda place, a hole in the wall type of place, I like those kind of restaurant!
They sell American breakfast as well as Mexican breakfast!
I had the birria with rice and beans!🫘
The birria was tasty and in it's own juice made it even betterrrrr!! 🙌🏻💯

Customer service is great. Been here a few times and always try different items on menu. Rosy's is really nice and family own. Place is always clean can't go wrong on their's breakfast ask for there homemade salsa 😊 my family likes the hobo plate great portion! It can get busy at times you might have to wait but a little but not long. Prices are very reasonable.

Delicious authentic Mexican food, everything is fresh made and good customer service.
Ask for the special salsa in a clear glass bottle, it’s freshly made everyday and will go good with your meal.
Mexican HoBo (Chilaquiles) with Chile Verde is my favorite dish to order.

Only came for my lunch break. Needed something close by and fast. This place is old and dirty. And all the employees don’t wash hands after touching money. I watch them touch all the food with bare hands . Once I saw that I got a refund. Never go here!!!!!
