Our family came here for lunch and it was delicious. Some of us had dinner while the others had breakfast. All of which was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The service was wonderful and everyone was very friendly. Great little spot that makes you feel like your eating at grandmas house. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of. Lower prices than Dennys or ihop but better food so if you ever get a chance to go check them out I really recommend it. Beautiful mom and pop family owned restaurant. We will be coming back again.

I honestly love this place and frequent it since it's close to my house. It's nothing special but the service is always good and the food is good too. I've tried a lot of things off the menu (I try to get something new everytime) and everything I've gotten has always been good. It's good comfort food and they even have an Indian section which I've tried and it's delicious as well. The decor is kinda old school with a collection of different things that makes it feel homey. It's definitely not a place you want to go if you're looking for something fancy but if you're looking for good food and good service this place is it.

We wanted a good old American breakfast and Rosie's had just that. I had chicken fried steak and eggs, hash browns and toast. And it was cooked perfectly. Cathy had pancakes and a couple eggs. Which looked yummy to and she said it was good also.
They also serve Indian food i saw on the next page. But i was having breakfast, so I'm not sure what the serve.

When it comes to classic diner food in citrus heights, you can't beat this family owned spot.
I've been coming here longer well over 10 years. They survived the covid times, thank goodness. I almost always get the chicken fried steak and eggs.
The staff is super friendly. The decor is charming. If you are a fan of the old fashioned diner experience, come check out Rosie's ❤️

Really confused why it is a mixed culture menu when the restaurant is described as “country” in the title? The decoration was also extremely outdated and did not match the vibe of the food. Staff was nice, but overall incredibly mediocre.

Went for Breakfast. Prices, food and service were Excellent!! Have been back about 10 times now and always Excellent. Haven't tried dinner yet but will soon.

I love this place! It smells of down home breakfast like you wouldn't believe! Love the service! The service is swift & sweet! The atmosphere is nice and homey and the food is terrific! Big portions, savory with just the right amount of love attached to every meal. I love Rosie's!

The food was delicious. The restaurant had a bit to be desired on the cleanliness side. Seemed like a lot of clutter. Service was also excellent. I really loved the sausage skillet. I'll be back for sure!
