I was really looking forward to my experience here, but unfortunately, it fell very short of expectations. I booked a floor mat Thai massage, as I typically enjoy the deep pressure and relaxation it provides. However, several factors made it very difficult to unwind.

It seems like my masseuse was switched at the last minute—I’m not sure if that contributed to the experience, but the room was uncomfortably cold. Goosebumps the entire time. The “soothing sounds” were anything but, as the speaker frequently made rattling noises, and my masseuse had to repeatedly shout for Alexa (next to my ear) to turn the volume down, which was quite jarring. Additionally, they occasionally dropped my limbs abruptly, pulling me out of any chance at relaxation.

Another issue I had was the payment structure. They charge both the service fee and tip upfront. I regret tipping 30% in advance, as the service did not meet my expectations.

I’m glad to see that many others had 5 star experiences, but unfortunately, mine was not one of them. For nearly $200, I walked away feeling disappointed rather than refreshed.

Had an amazing experience with Madyson! This was my first visit at Rose Spa. I’ve been experiencing pain and strain from my job and regular life duties. Even tho this isn’t a one and done miracle treatment, I left feeling renewed! I highly suggest Madyson - she knows her stuff. I felt heard and the areas of tension was definitely worked good! 5 ⭐️ will be back!

Had 2 sport/deep tissue massage from Madyson. I have had issues with my back for a while. She uses just the right amount of pressure and takes her time when she finds a problem area. On top of being an amazing masseuse she is very kind, attentive and professional.

The ambiance of the place is serene. From the moment you walk into the door, it’s beautifully decorated and so inviting. The rooms are peaceful and clean. I love that it’s an old home, converted into a spa.
I have been here on 3 separate occasions. The massage was so relaxing, Tassanee was great! I had Madyson for the Body Sculpt with RF Tightening, that worked wonders for me! Then, I had Katie for the Red Carpet Ready Facial, which made my face glow and I looked young again!
All 3 of these ladies are very knowledgeable and amazing. I can’t wait to go back!

I chose to have a floor thai massage, was very excited because I hadn't had one in years. Upon my arrival, i was asked what it was I wanted again. I said floor Thai massage. She commenced on placing me on a table saying this is better. Having spent over a year living in Thailand and getting Thai massages frequently, this was nothing like it, horrible job. Will never go there again.

Rose worked out my intense muscle soreness in my neck, shoulders, and hands that I assumed was early onset arthritis after only one session.

Healing hands! Live pretty far away and will travel to keep getting relief.

Rose uses many types of massage techniques to loosen muscles long term. I’ve had a lot of different types of massages, and this is the first time well after the session I still feel the effects.

I have had massages but Rose gave me THE best Thai massage ever. She was so good I took her cards to give my friends. What is even better is that it is at a reasonable price! It’s the best massage of my life and I’m in my 50s! I intend to be back there on a regular basis.
