The atmosphere was great, super clean and relaxing vibe. I got a massage and facial and left not feeling like the services I received were worth the cost. The facial was okay - nothing special but nothing bad to say about it. The massage, however, left much to be desired. I explained that I had a knot under my left scapula that was bothering me and soreness in my lower back. She did spend a little more time on my left shoulder but did not position my arm in any way to be able to access the troubled spot and didn’t spend any time on my lower back. Additionally, she did not provide a bolster for my legs while I was on my stomach which put strain on my lower back and made the tightness worse. I was actually looking forward to the massage ending. I’m not going to say I won’t be back because based on other reviews the other services offered are amazing, but I am not likely to recommend or book another massage.

I love rose med spa. It’s worth the trip out of Edwardsville to Troy for a truly personalized and medically professional experience. Their IV therapy is priced better than anywhere else, scheduling is fast and they truly educate you on the products you are putting in or on your body so you can make an informed decision vs just pushing product. The ladies here are so smart and caring. Not your average med spa for sure.

My facial from Jenna was so nice and relaxing! The face mask even smelled like chocolate! My skin was so smooth! I highly recommend her. She did a great job! I will definitely be going back.

I’ve book with India for filler and Amber for botox; both of my appointments were thorough. They explained the processes of filler and Botox. They were both very knowledgeable and I left my appointment feeling satisfied. They didn’t try to oversell anything and I never felt pressured with either of them. I would recommend this med spa to anyone.

Brittnay is AMAZING! So knowledgeable and personable. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and loves taking care of her clients to the max. The business is also very clean, and everyone has been so nice and accommodating. Book your appointment NOW! They can even do spa days for a group. You won't be disappointed!

I always look forward to my time at the Rose Med Spa. The girls are always so nice and professional. Amber did a great job with my IV infusion. I always feel so good after one of those. Lakyn was very informative and professional about the results I would see using the IPL laser for my rosacea and brown spots. I have had two treatments done so far and Lakyn was great about going over what areas we were going to target on each treatment. I loved looking back at the photos from the previous treatment and seeing how much of an improvement my skin is making. I highly recommend the girls at the spa.

Brittnay consistently provides excellent services! I’ve been seeing her for facials since August and cannot believe how much my skin has improved. She really takes the time to understand her clients’ needs and provides a custom, but relaxing, experience!

Very professional and clean. This med spa actually cares about their patients and their outcomes. They keep tabs on your overall health. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else.
