Very cute little place, the parking lot is on the side down the ramp. The pretty pink building does grab your attention as you drive by. It is really small inside and the patio area was closed off this morning.I expected a bit more of a family friendly welcoming vibe but it wasn't too bad. We tried the meat lovers omelette, breakfast sandwich and avocado toast. It was all prepared well and had a good presentation. Overall a decent experience.

Atmosphere was nice and cozy. The plates were very well served with generous portions. I was disappointed with the service. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to get the menus and a glass of water. The waitresses did not greet clients with a good morning or a smile. I will be going one more time to see if anyone reads this comment and possibly make a couple of changes to improve their customer service.

Great food. cute atmosphere. Sat on patio. Only certain areas were clean, very dusty. Service was kind. But it took forever. Felt like they kept forgetting about us. not sure if I feel compelled to go back

I won't go back. The inside was cute but small. I think it can seat up to 4 parties? When I got there, the place was full so I was seated outside. The outside patio had very comfortable seating and I like that the screens blocked some of the wind.

I ordered a coffee but it tasted old and a little burnt. I normally drink my coffee black but tried to mask the taste. I asked for sugar, since there wasn't any on the table nor did they bring any. I was handed packets from the other table. It looks like someone had spilled coffee on the packets. The packets were all half stained brown and I could feel that the sugar had solidified into a solid mass inside the packet. I passed on adding anything to the coffee.

I asked for the patty to be cooked medium rare. It was well done. I wasn't a fan. The fries were too crispy, too. The lettuce tasted fresh but that was the only upside. I think the food was alright, but not worth going out to eat.

Also, I was thirsty. I was given a small glass of water to start and I never was checked on afterward until I was presented with the check . . . And even then, no water refill.

The patio and the presentation of the food were great but the food itself was a letdown. I will choose elsewhere to eat in the future.

It is a family owned business so like everything else in life slow down and enjoy. Had a great selection of food items both healthy and usual Mexican favorites. It is not a big place but great atmosphere.

This place is definitely family owned. Don't be surprised to see kids running around . It's a bit annoying if you don't like kids, but the food is delicious. Tastes like an at home meal. The coffee was okay, but again food was great!

Such a cute little brunch spot!! Wanted to give it a try after seeing it's cute pink building driving by. It rivals going up to North Park for brunch!!

Parking - limited dirt parking behind the building
Seating - there is not a lot of table, so expect a wait if you see the patio taken up
Service - Great, polite, friendly!
Coffee - Lots to choose from, iced, hot or latte. The latte came with these cute cookies!
Food - Chorizo burrito was delicious, we wanted something hearty. We also got the French toast to hit the sweet spot.

Overall, a great and cute addition to the Chula Vista area!

Came for breakfast on a day that was a little cold, inside seating was limited so we sat out on their patio (which was very cute.) The coffee was delicious and the food was good too. Coming back on a warmer day to have coffee on the patio because it definitely was a vibe
