Let me first start by saying how absolutely thankful I am for these ladies today they saved my daughters hair after she lost a fight with a brush. I was desperate to find someone anyone to help and without hesitation the ladies here jumped right in to help, I didn't catch the name of the second lady who helped as soon as she seen the mess are truly a god send here. I had the best experience in a terrible situation and they even washed and brushed her hair after they got the brush out without having to her hair. I am so grateful they answered their phone and I will tell anyone and everyone to go in and see these ladies because they are amazing.

I took my teen boys for a cut for the first time in years. I’ve done their hair myself since they were babies. I thought it was time they go to a professional! I was nervous. They were nervous. And they absolutely loved the experience! Teresa provided such a pleasant experience and cut their hair exactly how they asked. The shop is really cool and the staff are super friendly. We’re definitely coming back!

I usually don’t do reviews, but I am so happy to have found someone who can cut thick hair! Teresa did a great job! I have recommended her to all my friends and I recommend her to you as well. If you have thicker hair, she is the lady to get the job done.

I brought my future Sister-in-law in for a trim before the wedding. I booked online based on recommendations from a community Facebook post. I had not heard back confirming the appointment prior, so called to confirm, no answer, so left a voice mail. Still no response, so I called again and was able to get her in the week of the wedding. They had apparently been dealing with some "technical" issues.

The stylist was great about listening to my SIL's concerns (super long hair that she is reluctant to cut, so just wanted tidied up) and spent the majority of the appointment instructing us on what products to get (suggested we look at the local beauty supply place instead of pushing their products on us) and how to best style her hair for the wedding. She even checked with her fellow stylists to see if anyone was available to do her hair that weekend! Three snips and the haircut was done, but the appointment was a great experience.

Teresa did a wonderful job cutting and coloring my hair 😍 I really liked when she explained cool things, such as how layers should be cut and why. My hair look and feels amazing- these are the best side bangs, haircut, and coloring I've had in a long time; I highly recommend Teresa!

Stylist was running late which is not a big deal but she rushed through my cut to get to the next client and I ended up with a terrible cut. She hardly glanced at my reference photo and did not ask for any feed back as she did the cut. I was not offered a shampoo and she did not offer to let me see the back after she was done. I wanted a cute short pixie with an under cut and got a 90% shaved head with a weird uneven bowl cut on top. I literally had to have my mother even it out after I went home as it was so crooked.

I went to Roots salon for the first time today. I was very impressed. Amber is awesome! I love my haircut! Amber did an excellent job communicating with me first about what I was looking for and then she did an amazing job making it happen!
