Best ice cream in Florence! It’s fun to watch how they make the ice cream! I’m also excited to see that Florence has a place with Boba tea. While I only had ice cream, everyone else there this afternoon was drinking boba tea, so you know it’s good! Staff was friendly and the ice cream was great. I had the Caramel Pecan and it was really good. I highly recommend

I love to see local people open up shops and doing well. This is locally owned and operated. The owner happened to be working when we stopped in and even made our ice cream. She was a sweetheart and did a great job. Prices were fair and it didn't take long to get our ice cream. Lots of variations available. Plenty of seating and pleasant atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

Nice clean, well decorated spot for a unique sweet treat!
There's a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. The Smores rolled ice-cream was delicious. It reminded me of a Frosty from Wendy's.
The toasted marshmallows on top were extra tasty! My daughter enjoyed the Cookies and Cream.
They also have a variety of Boba Teas.

The staff was so friendly! The cashier was more than happy to indulge me in the process. I was more than a little surprised to discover she turned my cookie monster ice cream blue! It was a cool twist!

Rollie's is a must try rolled ice cream experience on Court Street in Florence, AL. Plenty of flavors, plenty of options, prepared freshly for you in front of your eyes! 10 out of 10, gonna do it again! Delicious!

Big hype for nothing. Don't waste your money. $13 for 2 small cups. BLAND. TASTELESS. Neither had any sweetness to it. Pina Colada only tasted slightly like icy pineapple. Pecan caramel had no flavor. Do yourself a favor, go to Trowbridges down the block.

Super friendly service, delicious rolled ice cream with fresh fruit, and yummy boba tea! We will definitely be back if we travel through town again.
