Positive: The owner was so pleasant to talk to! She apologized for not having candy when she saw my 6 year old grandson :). I love the fact that they concern themselves for their guests, especially the little ones. I will definitely stay there again! Very clean! Negative: I loved my stay.

We had to stay here after we had a change of plans. We were not told that there was $100 deposit until we were at the location. Which is frustrating because we budgeted this trip, and that just threw everything off. The woman who helped us was rude. She kept telling us that if we smoked or had pets that they would charge us $100. The hotel is a dump, it's old and falling apart. The room was clean, but everything inside was funky. The weather stripping around the door was worn out or missing. We could see daylight around the door. And when someone on the lower floor would smoke, all the smoke came up into our room. I swear the toilet in the bathroom is for children, it's tiny. There were ants in the bathroom. They had this ridiculous sign on the back of the door that just sort of further extended the casual rudeness we dealt with checking in. I definitely will not be staying here again, and I recommend any reading this review don't either. You can find better for the same price in the area.

We booked our stay through Orbitz. Our mistake is that we did not do our due diligent in checking the reviews. We would understand if the deposit of $100 that they are asking is corresponding with the amenities they are trying to protect. First and foremost the building is old. The room is very outdated and has that old smell. The bathroom door is deteriorated and falling apart. Hair dryer is not clean and has strand of hairs on it. No daily house keeping. No daily room cleaning. We cannot even ask for a replenish of clean towels. The noise was terrible as the room beside us seems to think that they are the only occupants in the building (with the 3 nights of stay, we end up waking for a loud chitchatting / TV sounds.) To top it off, TERRIBLE customer service, the front desk tried to double charge us by not acknowledging our booked / confirmed itinerary through Orbitz. Because he was not paying attention to what i am explaining he ended up charging a card that belongs to a different customer! The only good thing about this place is the free parking.

Not a good place to stay. Rooms are basic and often unclean. Front desk staff is rude and impolite. Be warned, they'll charge you a deposit on each room in the amount of $100+, which they do not disclose anywhere before booking online, and if you try to bring this up, you will be hounded and pressured to cancel your reservation with no refund. Stay somewhere else for comfort and peace of mind.

STAY AWAY. New owners are very shady and do not care about repeat customers. I am an extremely clean professional guest that has used this hotel for over 10 years for business travel and I will never stay here and will warn everybody against it.

The microwave did not work- they first told me well too bad. Then I insured I booo here because of the microwave- they gave me a key to a room downstairs alllll the way across the hotel and told me to carry a different microwave up to my room. That microwave did not work either. Upon check out they charged my card $50 for “breaking the microwave”. Upon speaking with them about it and confirming with them I never had a working one- they were very aggressive and explained that how they make their money and they don’t care if there was any actual damage they won’t give the money back. They even admitted I’m a lovely guest and they love having me I’m always clean. I was so confused and argued with the lady for a bit. I finally just walked away because $50 is not worth the peace of mind this business will take. (literally Admitting to fraud)

Service is terrible. Although the rooms are mostly clean the tvs microwaves do not work. The lady at the front desk will follow you ask you inappropriate questions, yell at you and demand crazy bizarre things. This place is now just a scam- I stayed here several times before they switched owners and it was great! I loved this hotel but the management is terrible and a fraud.
They have a hard time renting out the rooms so they list them for super cheap and then take deposits to make up for their lack of funds. They admitted this to me plain as day with absolutely no response.

I also saw the front desk refusing to accept a service animal for a disabled person and were trying to explain to the blind lady how dirty dogs were- the blind lady said that’s illegal I can’t see and the front desk lady said too bad dogs are dirty. “A dog is a dog”. She cancelled the blind ladies reservation and refused to give her a refund. This is illegal and terrible business. practice

DO NOT GO HERE ! WE BOOKED A ROOM FOR 7DAYS FROM THE 10th-17th of Dec in room 223. We werent told of the 100$ deposit til the day of our arrival ! When we checked out we never received the deposit they said it will take 2-3 buisness days so we called them back Thursday Dec 19 and they told us that our bank has it and to contact our bank. We contacted our bank and they said that a charge was made at the hotel , but a 100$ refund wasn’t issued . So we called the hotel back the same day and they said that they already issued the refund wait till Monday . So today Monday Dec 23 we called them back and the guy said that he issued the refund they never charged our card but our bank says they don’t see no pending refund . This place is very fraudulent and I will be taking them to court if refund isn’t received. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH MISSING OUT 100$ ! That 100$ was ment for my Christmas shopping !

I called this place to see if they had any rooms available and I was given a price over the phone. When I arrived around 1am in the morning the guy gave me a completely different price. When I told him the price I was given, he said "you look like you will cause problems" shut the lights off in his office and walked away. Instead of saying sir you was given the wrong price, I would have respected that and paid. Three other customers was in line and you decided to walk away, very disrespectful. Problem could have been fixed easily.

Close to the SFO airport. 1 bus takes you steps away from it. Friendly front desk. Clean room. Shower, bed, tv, fridge, and microwave all worked great. Saw a few homeless in the area in the a.m. but all were respectful.
No breakfast but a Dunkin Donuts a very very short walk away.
Price vs value was a 10 out of 10. ($100 less than nearby motels) on my visit.
