I don’t even know how to describe how vile this hotel room was. It was like stepping into a horror movie where hygiene goes to die. I’ve stayed in budget places before, but NOTHING prepared me for this.

We walked in, and the smell hit us first – a mixture of old socks, mildew, and something unidentifiable but definitely not sanitary. Then I saw the bathroom and almost gagged. There was literally pee all over the toilet. Not a little spot – like someone had a target practice session and housekeeping just said, “meh.” How do you hand a room over to a guest without even cleaning the toilet?! It’s not just lazy, it’s absolutely shameful.

At that point, I didn’t even want to imagine what was lurking in the sheets. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy sleep on that bed. We went straight to the front desk, showed them the pictures, and told them we were NOT staying there – asked for a refund right away. The guy at the desk looked like he couldn’t care less and flat-out refused. Zero accountability, zero apology.

I’m warning you now – don’t go near this place unless you’re looking to catch some mystery illness. It was hands down the nastiest, most unhygienic, and poorly managed hotel experience of my life. This place needs a health inspection and a reality check. STAY FAR AWAY.

Where to begin. When you walk in there are sketchy people outside, the sidewalks are dirty and sticky.
When I walked in the 1. light switch was broken, was then told none are operational, only the lamps (ok,but still broken) . 2. The carpet was filthy as if it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, my dog was finding and eating crumbs from inside the hotel room. 3.The bathroom mirror was broken, 4. The shower knob section the was broken from the wall. We were angry and upset but since we were extremely tired and had to leave by 6am, we stayed. 5. The bed headboard was dirty. At the end of the night we turned our anger into laughter when we said what more can we find? Then we laid in bed and it had this extremely squeaky and crack sound, and sounded broken. The spring bed also felt extremely old. Do hotels get audited like restaurants are? Because if this was audited they would need to close. 6. The sofa chair was filthy as if it was just picked up from the trash can. This place is a joke.

Staying here was a complete mistake — I genuinely regret ever booking this place. From the moment we walked in, it was clear something was off. The air smelled damp and stale, like the room had been sealed up with mold and sweat for a week. Whatever that smell was, it definitely wasn’t anything you’d want to breathe in.

Things went from bad to worse when we checked the bathroom. The toilet looked like it hadn’t even been glanced at by housekeeping. There was urine all over the seat — not just a bit, but enough to make it clear no one had cleaned it at all. It was appalling. How does a hotel think it’s acceptable to hand that over to a guest?

The bed looked sketchy too — dingy sheets and a questionable overall vibe. We didn’t even sit down, just grabbed our stuff and went to the front desk. We showed them pictures and said we were leaving, only to be met with a shrug and a refusal to help. No apology, no offer to fix anything — just a cold “nothing we can do.”

I rarely leave negative reviews, but people need to know what they’re getting into. This wasn’t just a dirty room — it was a health hazard. Unprofessional staff, filthy conditions, and zero accountability. You’re better off sleeping in your car than staying here.

Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs

If I could give zero stars, I would. Upon entering the room, I was greeted not by cleanliness or comfort, but by the unmistakable stench of neglect—and worse. There was pee on the toilet seat, which tells me housekeeping either has a sense of humor or simply doesn’t exist. The room was clearly not cleaned, and it felt like I was the unlucky guest in a very bad prank show.

When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was met with a representative who had the attitude of someone being personally inconvenienced by my very existence. Rude, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful—like customer service from an alternate reality where guests are the problem.

This place doesn’t deserve your money or your time. Spend both somewhere that doesn’t treat hygiene and hospitality like optional add-ons.

Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Away!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was going to be a nightmare. The room was FILTHY—there was hair on the bed, the bathtub was cracked, and corrosion was everywhere. To top it off, I saw cockroaches running around like they owned the place. Absolutely revolting!

The fridge was a joke—completely full of ice and wouldn’t even close properly. The location itself was loud and dirty, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me.

I was going to stay here for 1day with my family while they did some work on our home, but as soon as we walked into the room the smell was really nasty, the sheets looked dirty the shower had stains in it the toilet seat was broken. & the T.v didn't work at that point I decided I wasn't going to stay here, I went to the front office to get my money back and she was beyond rude not professional at all. I would recommend no one to ever stay here not even if your desperate this is the most nastiest, most unhygienic, and poorly managed hotel experience of my life. This place needs a health inspection. And better management!!

I was terribly distressed. The room was filthy, floors dirty and counter tops sticky and dried stuff on them. We didn’t even put our bags down and went to front desk. The lady there was rude and just said she’d refund out money but then said it’d take 7 to 10 business days for refund. We hadn’t even been there 10 minutes. She didn’t seem to even care about the filthy room or her treatment of her customers. Horrible experience, would not recommend and even go so far as saying a nasty and unsafe place.

The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the room had reliable Wi-Fi and a well-functioning air conditioning system, which I appreciated given the warm weather.

The housekeeping team did a great job maintaining the room each day, and I noticed that the property overall was kept tidy and well-maintained.
