The rooms: Recently remodeled with nice, clean rooms. Beds were very firm as others have said. Our room had a small apartment sized fridge, a microwave, and a decent sized flat screen TV.

Our experience: Road noise is pretty minimal, despite being next to a highway. Price was actually very good for us. Management was nice enough to give my mom a Handicap room at no extra cost, very kind of them.

Area: The area is pretty nice, sorta upscale suburban retail environment, so we felt safe staying here.
The only downside is that as others have said, the only thing for breakfast is a vending machine pastry and sunny D, which is a shame because their breakfast room could certainly accommodate more food options. On the plus side, there are many food options around to eat out at so there's lots of alternate choices.

The room isn't fancy but it's clean. The location is great and the employees were kind. I would stay again.

Positive: Location Negative: The desk clerk and housekeeping constantly reminding us of the check out time. We didn't check in til 130am. And was woke up at 8:00 am by the maid. To remind us of 11am ck out. We were very upset.

We stayed here after an Alabama football game, I wasn’t so sure what I was going to get with the odd choices of paint on the outside but was pleasantly surprised with our non smoking room…laminate floors (no carpet) were nice to see with 4 of us I was hoping the AC was cold (August heat), didn’t smell like an old hotel, and the hot water worked good for a shower…. Hotel didn’t disappoint…. AC was at 67 and freezing when we arrived which was nice after a 94 degree day….. Beds were comfortable for people ranging from 105 pounds a person to 275 pounds…. The only disappointing item from staying here was the “continental breakfast….Sunny D and a hostess danish were the only options….. if you want a better breakfast don’t go here but everything else I would recommend!!

Positive: Free coffee in office was very good. Room, while sparsely furnished, was very clean. Negative: No coffee maker in room, which was advertised. Free breakfast consisted of packaged danish and juices.

Our room was exceptionally clean. The motel is older but was well lit and in good condition. The outside of the hotel is well lit and provides a feeling of safety. Breakfast was minimal but the kids enjoyed the muffins and SunnyD. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. Not the Ritz Carlton, but they had soft pillows, clean sheets and overall clean room with a cold air conditioning unit. It is a nice budget friendly motel. The staff were very nice and prompt.
