An oasis not too far from Hwy 10 on a strip with several motels right next to each other. There is a busy road and a train track but the cars and trains zip by so not a lot of stop and go. We picked this place because we could park right in front of our room. The first night a neighbor ran their TV all night which bothered us. When our van broke down as we were leaving they more than accommodated us. That was when we actually looked at the whole place and found how well maintained it was. We slept well the second night. There is beautiful landscaping, a pool with a shaded sitting area, a barbecue area, a washer and dryer and best of all this lush green shaded grass area for our dog. The owner has planted fruit trees in the very back. This place is full every night for a reason! When we needed to get to the Ford dealership this morning first thing to check on our van Anna ( the he lovely person who seems to make sure everything runs smoothly)offered her car ( which we didn’t take but that is how nice this place is). We would suggest this place for anyone looking for a motel that is clean, friendly and also a very good price! If train noise bothers you just ask for a room in the back.

Arrived in the evening around 730/8, the battery on the key card lock to my room was dead and so I was switched to room 142--which on the hotel map is about 1/3 the size of the room I had paid for, and also one of the only rooms that shares a small hallway with the breakfast common room. This meant every morning, first thing in the morning, I could hear loud talking and doors opening and closing a few feet from where I was sleeping. Would not have been the case had I received the original room. The last night of my stay, a clearly inebriated couple checked into the room next to mine around midnight and were super loud until 2am. Then around 6am they began blasting music, so I barely slept. Seems like this all could have been avoided had I actually been given the room I paid for. Bad experience.

Pleasantly Surprised!

Recently, some buddies and I rode our Harleys through Coachella Valley for an event and needed a place to stay overnight. After searching online for a reasonably priced hotel in the area, we came across this spot, and booking was super quick and easy.

When we first arrived, I’ll admit I was a bit concerned about the neighborhood. The motel has a classic 1950s look, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But once we walked into the office, all my doubts vanished. The staff was incredibly friendly and even let us check in a couple of hours early, which was a big plus.

As soon as we got to our room, all I could say was, “WOW!” The owners have done an amazing job restoring this place. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern feel despite the retro exterior. We were also able to park our bikes right outside our door, which was perfect for peace of mind.

The motel has a charming little pool and gazebo area that’s great for relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and to top it all off, we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast with fresh food and waffles in the morning. There's even a convenience store next door for snacks and beverages.

Overall, the experience was fantastic! I wish the owners all the best and can’t wait to stay here again.

Stayed there when we went stargazing at Joshua Tree. Ana is very nice and helpful. The room was clean and we parked right outside the window. Comes in very handy when you have lots of luggage. There is a pool and a couple gazebos in case you want to hang out. In the morning, they had free breakfast. Made some waffles and we had those with coffee. There are train tracks near there but the trains don't sound their horns so they didn't bother us. Staying here next time we come.

Lady who checked us in was super nice. Remote did not work with TV so had to change channels by hand. Bed was perfect and slept terrific. Breakfast was meh with mostly packaged continental options. When it came time to check out we could not find the attendant and had to have the yard and cleaning staff search for her so we and another couple could check out.

Love it! Clean, well supplied with needed extra coffee, iron, ironing board OMG love the decor... Pool outside my door.... Even the dog was comfy! Thank you 🙏 God bless ! And the dog park was a great addition for dog safety! I will be back !

These rooms are super nice. Good selection of channels on the TV and the showers are huge and the water is hot. I like the location because of the trains that go by periodically. Definitely the nicest hotel on the Blvd.

When headed to Arizona from California for Thanksgiving, I've stopped here for a few years now.
The rooms are clean and kept well, the service is great, and other than an occasional noisy train, I'm happy to stop here. And, if you sign up for Choice Rewards, you could earn a free night's stay, like this one was.
