The lady at the front was weird told us we couldn’t pay cash for the room so we went all the way to a 7eleven to put money on a card and then she just ended up asking if we had cash. No phones in the room always weird me out because how do I ask for anything when I’m on the 3rd floor and there’s only very steep stairs and I’m also lazy. Weird room shapes but overall actually clean actually comfy beds. Very obvious remodel, definitely haunted af

Will do if you just need a place to stay for one night. But it might not be the most restful night if you are a light sleeper.

Rooms: surface clean, bed ok, weird set up in our room, there were 2 microwaves (didn't have to use any so not sure if they worked), there was a plank screwed onto the desk, didn't use the TV either, but you have to put a $20 cash deposit for the remote control which they don't tell you it's for. They do give it back when you check out, but we didn't watch TV at all. The the Freeway right there, it is very very noisy. Had to request towels for the shower, TBH I was a little worried they were going to charge extra for it.

Service: nothing bad but nothing great either. Just fine, though you have to ring the service bell.

Location, I guess being next to the Citadel outlet is handy if you plan to shop, but if you plan to stay more than one night I would highly suggest a different hotel. Especially if you are travelling with kids, doesn't feel like the safest location/area.

Not for the handicapped! Rooms were clean. Toilets sit very low, Beds sit very high! Not the Most comfortable. But due to the Eaton fire, it worked

Since I’ve gotten to this hotel, everything has not been right. The first room I was assigned. The TV was broken. The current room that I am in the microwave is broken and it’s very noisy. I’m constantly hearing doors slam shut every 15 minutes and last night in an attempt to harass me, somebody kicked my door about three times. This is a predominantly Hispanic area and I don’t feel safe and I feel excluded and singled out and the hotel management is not doing anything about it, the Wi-Fi is not strong it goes in and out. This hasn’t been the best experience so far. The area is very trashy and full of crime. There is constantly sirens going off and yesterday a man was arrested right in front of the hotel and shot down. I can’t wait to leave at this point.

Prior to reserving here i read the reviews and they were not terrible. The worse one i found was the noise from the freeway which was not too bad. I have never stayed in Commerce before and actually because this motel is close to the Citadel Outlets i thought it would be a nice location.
I was very wrong.
The outside of the motel including the area is sketchy. The bedspread and sheets are full of stains. Under the bed was very dirty. There is a large mirror on the wall that has a strange cut out with wires sticking out. Im not sure what that was about.
The tv control turns the tv on, but you cannot actually use the control to change the channel or watch anything. But thats not a deal breaker for me. The worse part of our stay was the fact that my husband and i both left there with bug bites and itchy feet.
Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. I will never return.

Literally the worse hotel I ever been too super sketchy a lot of traffic when I book a room. It was the wrong room informed them and they put me in a worse room tv control didn’t work smoke detector kept going off all night and didn’t even have a battery when I checked it had red wire going into wall only gave me 2 lil towels my key card didn’t work on door I ask several time about my towels and remote and they didn’t fix or care to replace it the tv kept switching in between channels and in and out of application. The person next to us kept slamming there door thru out the night was very annoying.. then the hotel charged my card 7 times .. when bring it up to choice rewards the customer relations department was rude and not helpful at all the property management women was yelling at me when I asked her to let me back in the room bcuz my key card wasn’t working …

Very Very Disappointing in 2 experience at this hotel upon check-in the man gave me the wrong room I went downstairs explained to the man that I was a Choice reward member and that is not the room that I booked from their Choice app he informed me that there was nothing he can do the lady came out from the back office and stated that she would fix it she handed me the key card which was white and said 302 Went upstairs the key card did not work on the door went back downstairs informed the front desk she said she would fix it she sent the housekeeper upstairs to open the door housekeeper stated she would get me a new card when walking into the room alarm was beeping there was only two towels the remote control to the TV was not working when I turned on the side of the TV the TV was switching through apps closing out apps opening new apps muting tv switching I got a chair and looked up at the smoke alarm that kept beeping when first walking in I noticed that there was no battery in it and there was a red wire going into the wall into the detector . I looter on that night got inform by my bank that I had suspicious activity 9 purchases were trying to be made using my card for 130$ proceeded to call Choice rewards customer relations to make a formal complaint of the dealings of my stay the lady who connected with me was absolutely rude and unhelpful .. I called again earlier in the morning to extend my stay in same room I talked to a male representative he informed me that he would contact the hotel to let them knw I was extending my stay house keeping was outside my door and asked if I wanted the room clean we said yes and I firmed her that we extended our stay she said ok.. when coming back to hotel key card did not work again the lady stated that she was not informed of my request to extend stay and she looked I. Computer and stated only thing that is coming up is a room with 1 bed and then told her no I talked to reservation and they said they would call u she then to proceeded to accuse me of smoking In Room and and not paying .. she yelled at house keeping to get all my belongs take them dwn to laundry house keeper inform us of what she said house keeper appeared scared to even tell us anything she said she didn’t want to get yelled at more and maybe even lose her job I felt bad for the house keeper.. this hotel is literally the worse and would never go back again they dnt respect privacy and they have/rent
