Despite the reviews I stayed anyway. I am not disappointed. Older hotel, doors are inside, very quiet, extremely clean, pretty spacious king room, decent channels, carpet looks new, friendly front desk only thing I didn’t like is the wall outlet is really loose so the lamp and my phone charger kept going off and on. Finally got it in a good spot to stay on! Internet SUCKS here tho. The knob on the heat/air is really hard to turn. Older 2in1 unit but it did its job. No hair dryer. Great hot water pressure tub/shower. I travel with oversize so I will definitely stay again if presented with the opportunity. And be SURE to eat at T Joes. Steaks are simply delicious 😋 just for the record >>I had two bath towels, one shower towel for the floor, one hand towel and one wash cloth. Another review said they were charged for towels

It's a 2 star, beginning to be run down, owner needs to do something about the age of the building and decor. The staff are very hospitable.

rooms was disgusting . Trim falling off the walls. Looked like black mold behind it all . Reeked of cigarettes and I'm not sure what the other smells were. Very very gross. Spend the extra 50 bucks for a way nicer place . Yuck

The place was affordable, which was great cause im on a budget. This place definitely needs some updating and a good cleaning. I was there for a few nights. The first night, however, when I checked in, the lady seemed as if she was short tempered about something. She just seemed irritated when I was asking about what she needed for me to check in. The guy seemed to be nicer. The room didn't seem as if it was cleaned properly. There was debris on the carpet closer to the walls. I even stepped on a dead tick. The top cover on the bed had holes from what appeared to be cigarette burns. The bathroom door had a hole in it, the floor tiles were mostly cracked, and the tub and shower walls seemed to look like the paint was peeling. The TV wouldn't even come on and the back of the remotes had tape to hold the batteries in. Now I know what I was paying for, and I didn't have a high expectation after all, it's not a 5 star place. With that said, I do expect to have a room where the hotel is better kept up with and overall cared about.

We're slowly moving up to Cheyenne, or back, I should say. The location was perfect for my husband and I. He had stayed the week prior to our visit together. For the price, it's a good place to stay. The staff, while we were there, were very accommodating and polite, even suggesting some places to check out for moving up here. They are making some great upgrades, and it was nice to be able to see some of the changes while we were there. It met our basic needs for being up here, back and forth, and we'll be going back until we're up in Cheyenne permanently.

Omg . Can I just say that the general manager there is very accommodating friendly and is a great problem solver and will help out any which way she can. I like how friendly she is with the guests and with their staff she's courteous she should get a raise

I travel for work and spend about 300 nights a year in hotels. I was charged $25 for one set of missing towels. We had two people in our room, but instead of bothering them for another set, we shared the one set we were provided. About 3 hours after check out, we were 200 miles down the road, and noticed the charge. I immediately called and they simply stated they couldn’t find the towels that were left near the sink and they would not reverse the charge. So, if you find yourself staying here, make sure you track someone down to verify all their dingy linens are present before you leave. Will never stay here again.
