I had an absolutely horrible experience at this salon. I decided to give it a try since my usual place was closed, but I deeply regret it. I came in for a no-chip manicure and pedicure, and there was an hour-long wait, which I patiently sat through. Once it was finally my turn, they left me sitting in the pedicure chair for an excessive amount of time before even starting.

When I explained the color combination I always get, the nail technician rudely dismissed my choice and insisted it wouldn’t look good. She was condescending and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. I was already having a tough day, but this experience made it so much worse.

The real nightmare began when she started cleaning my toes. She cut me very badly—so deep that the bleeding wouldn’t stop for a long time. Instead of addressing the issue properly, she continued with the pedicure as if nothing had happened. I asked for three coats of polish, but she ignored me and did four, and she didn’t even follow the color order I had requested.

When she finished, I politely told her I wasn’t happy with how my toes looked. Instead of handling it professionally, she got up and started yelling at me in front of the entire salon. It was beyond embarrassing. The manager came over, and I explained everything that had happened. She apologized and told the technician to follow her so she could fix it.

At this point, my toe was still bleeding. The manager then brought out nail glue, saying it would help stop the bleeding. I was horrified—putting nail glue over an open wound is a guaranteed way to get an infection. I refused and told her I just wanted to pay and leave because I was completely traumatized by the whole experience.

This was by far the worst salon visit I have ever had. The lack of professionalism, rude staff, and complete disregard for my well-being were unacceptable. I would never step foot in this place again, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

First time I visited the shop I only got a pedicure and It was amazing which is what made me return. This time I decided to get tea as a compliment drink and I got it half way through my service you could tell they forgot about it, I got a French (gel)manicure and pedicure with gel both no chip and it has not even been a week and my nails are chipping away I spent over two hundred dollars for a crooked toe job and chipping manicure not to mention the money on the uber to get there,never again! Service is really at your own risk!! Never again!

First experience here was great. Went back this time with my mom to get no chip pedicures. A month later once it’s started to chip I saw a black dot and panicked and took off all the polish just to find another finger with the same color dot. Went over to my moms house yesterday brought it up to her n she tells me her toe was a brownish color after the polish chipped off 😭😭 we’re not the first people it happens to if u read the reviews please be careful and I hope they improve and invest in their cleanliness just as much as they do In their business because it will make a difference(update: they are saying they never had me as a customer but I have videos at their salon!!!) The lies! I have now added proof it was at their salon!

First and last time going to this location by skokie! I was in the area so decided that it looked like a nice place to get my nails done and the employee missed a lot of steps during the process, I shook it off, I tipped and payed and had to run home to pick my son up and when I got home I noticed this and was so disappointed, I payed $95 for this! Then I called two times in a row and the manager was nowhere to be found at any time, was told to send pictures, which I did! Twice (They didn’t care) so here we are, I hate to leave bad reviews but
You guys did it to yourself, horrible customer service.

I had a delightful afternoon here with excellent care from Mindy. After doing my nails, Mindy invited me to try a new polish color she really liked. The result was surprising-a bright and vibrant color. Now I have a perfect set of nails to show off to everyone!

My nails have become perfect thanks to the French No Chip Manicure service. I truly can’t believe that such beautiful nails come with absolute relaxation! The nail technicians were cheerful and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. With this style, I can’t wait to show off my nails at the next occasion!

I just completed a Classic No Chip Manicure, and I truly can’t believe my eyes! My nails are shiny and perfect down to the last detail. I chose a light pink color, and the technician skillfully created a clean edge, finishing it like a work of art. The service here is wonderful, with no greasy or unpleasant chemical smells, just relaxation and comfort!

I called the salon and asked how much my nails would cost. The lady on the phone said $55. I go in there. I booked a 5pm appointment, and they started doing them at 5:30. They are uneven and crooked. The letter k that I got written on my nails is in the middle, which isn’t what I wanted. And the k doesn’t even look good. I get charged $71. The lady on the phone said $55. As a teenager they gave me 0 respect. Even as just a human. I speak to my mother about this, she calls the salon and she said the exact manicure or whatever I got, the lady on the phone said $48. Get your prices right! I even checked the website and it also said $55. As a customer the producer should be listening, the customers advice should be heard to make your company better. Nice looking place, but not nice people, managers, and very not nice looking nails.
