There's a reason this has been voted 1 of the most beautiful minor league parks in the country. Tickets are cheap, often free at stores, rides for (mostly) kids & fireworks after games.

I took my 4 year old granddaughters to the fair for the very first time. The twins had a wonderful time. I found the $30 wrist bands a great value and the staff were polite and helpful. A terrific first fair experience.

The German lady was there again with her delicious gyros, got 1 tonight and 1 yesterday. I loved seeing all the animals, especially the horses. The rodeo was tonight and I enjoyed that as well.

Always have fun during the fair. This year we decided to go to the demo Derby event and it was kinda short for the money we paid to get in... Henderson county Fair in stronghurst Illinois is definitely worth the money if you want to see a Derby...
Other then that we had a great time kids got to ride some rides and we got to have some awesome food!!

Lovely little county fair. Free entry until 8 pm. Very welcoming dairy show, encouraging novice participation.

Lots of different types of food. Lemonade shake-up, corn dogs, funnel cakes and my favorite elephant ears. Good music playing. Go up before 8:00 pm free admission.

No fair, they always pick the worst days...always extremely hot weather/ toddlers can't even enjoy. Pandemic caused us no carnival but iowa got theirs smh
