Great place to stay...had a most memorable Xmas at this stay. The room was very warm and had a great nostalgic feel. Room was decorated with a beautiful Xmas tree between the electric fireplace and front window facing the lake. Wasn't lake front but close enough. Yes there was also traffic light and cars but still a great view. The whole feeling of this place was very cabin like country open woods vibes minus the city traffic. Only a visit can describe what I'm failing to do right now lol. The beds were warm the couch was great l. We had a compete kitchen. The ships and dining were literally right next door. Couldn't have picked a better location. But the room I got was just awesome...I'd say it was just a lucky Xmas day. Would definitely recommend a stay and will be returning hopefully soon.

Pretty much the only place we stay now when we come to Big bear. If I come solo I usually just stay at the wishing well part. Super easy for me to pull up in front of my room and unload my gear. The place is great. The breakfast restaurant is fantastic. Upstairs at Nottingham's is great in the evenings too. Can't beat the location.

Great place to stay, perfect location with the village being right on your doorstep and walkable.

The rooms are well appointed, clean, warm, cosy.
The Restaurant on site is really great.

The staff there are also amazing. We left our daughters stuffed toy behind and mgmt mailing it back to us the same day without any headaches.

It's in a great location. The only thing it takes a few minutes to get the hot water running other than that I will recommend it. Also close to the red trolley that is free is easy to get to the ski parks.

Second time I have stayed with my family and it doesn’t disappoint. The Robinhood resort provides great service with clean rooms and comfortable beds it also walking distance to everything. We always opt for the premium two beds and it’s always a good experience. Definitely will continue to be back, yet again!

Me and my husband stayed here on Halloween. It was our anniversary.
I was so impressed with the room. It was so nice. Hot tub was amazing.
It was close to everything. The bars, dinner and entertainment. Highly recommend.

Totally chill!! Nice getaway. Nottingham restaurant was cool and friendly!! Keep up the great work. Big bear was so nice to get away from san diego

Positive: Very clean, perfect location, very comfortable beds. Negative: At first I was going to complain that there was no AC in the room. But after opening the windows and feeling the wonderful cool breeze coming in I was so happy. They do have upgrades with AC, but I would request this room again.
