Loved our experience at Roanoke Motors. Caleb Burmood our sales Rep was very amiable, easy to work with and very responsive to any questions or requests. Aaron Hoffman in finance was very informative, helpful and pleasant to work with. This was undoubtedly the best experience we have ever had buying a new vehicle. We actually left smiling and felt great about buying a new vehicle. The whole staff there seem extremely pleasant and ready to be of service. Loved the fact that we never had to deal with answering machines but instead received personal service from a real person.

We had a great experience at Roanoke Motor! Amber was great to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. She also made sure our kids had toys to play with so we could focus on finding a car. Amber and Matt made sure we got the best deal in town, and the best trade in price for our vehicle. Aaron was great and knowledgeable as well, and made sure the financing part went smoothly. This is the second time I have purchased a car from Roanoke Motors, and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I have been utilizing Roanoke Motors service department for years to have my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica serviced and they do such a fantastic job.

So much so, that as I came to know the staff of Roanoke Motors, I was sure that when it came time to purchase another car it would likely be from them.

My wife and I just drove a 2025 Jeep Gladiator off the lot, and I am here to tell you it was by far the best new car purchase experience I have ever had from start to finish.

My son & I were running around on a Saturday looking at new Rams - we pulled into Roanoke Motors just as they were closing - we just wanted to hear what one of the new 2025 Rams sounded like - Aaron came to the door & assisted us - grabbed the keys & we talked for a little bit - he took my information & I called on Monday - buying the truck that day - his kindness in showing us the truck on Saturday was absolutely incredible. Aaron had everything ready for me when I came in after work & I drove away in my brand new Red Ram Rebel, this truck had my name all over it & is perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience & highly recommend going there if you are looking - the entire staff is amazing.

I had a wonderful experience at Roanoke Motors. Logan was my sales representative and he did a great job with getting me all the answers to my questions… an I ask a lot of questions. If he didn’t have the answer he connected me with someone who did. Brent was/is the sales manager and I worked with him when my situation came access some bumps and he was excellent as well at helping me navigate my options. Lastly Aaron the financing person I worked with was very down to earth and refreshing to speak with when it came to a situation that made me somewhat nervous. Overall I ask a lot of questions that some might find a bit annoying and I have been made to feel ignorant and unimportant in my previous encounters at dealerships. So I am positive when I say I am not the first to say this but I was very satisfied with my experience and purchase with Roanoke Motors.
