Horrible experience!!! To start off the moment I left the place eyelashes started to fall off. They weren’t properly put on and this application felt very rush. And even after not applying them correctly. Lady that did my lashes still asked for tip which I thought was very rude. And asked them to do the lashes again because they were not properly put on and made me wait a whole week but told them the day they wanted I couldn’t make it and they said nothing else we can do because the lady that did my lashes needed to redo them. I think this is the first and last time I do business with them. Highly don’t recommend!!

Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The result: 5/5. Ramona was so nice and tried her best to accommodate my needs. She showed me different kind of the texture and explained everything in details. And the result is exactly as what I expected. There was no any pain or discomfort during the session.

Customer service: 5/5. Ramona actually did my lash at first however it's because my misunderstanding so the shape of the lash curl is not what I want. But she helped me remove it and did the new shape again without any complaints. That's another 1hr work!! I felt so bad to double her work but she even comfort me without and negative attitude! The best customer service ever!

Environment: 5/5. It's clean and tidy. You can tell the owner is trying to make the customer a best atmosphere here.

Overall:5/5. Guess I will be a regular in here for sure! Thanks Ramona!

LOVED itttttt just got done with my lashes yesterday and they look completely flawless. The girl working on me was super nice and checked in on me every few minutes to ask me if i was comfortable. Def coming back hereee

Horrible experience! Horrible customer service. Owner used to be Ramona who was really nice, but the one in charge now has a horrible nasty attitude. She doesn’t give you the prices before your appointment and make you pay when you get there even though it’s her fault for not telling you how much things are going to be. They should be grateful I chose their business when there’s like two more in that block, but no, Instead I got an ice queen Disney villain Ursula lady. Thumbs down I don’t recommend.
