So, on Friday night, we walked from our hotel to Rixs. They had this cool menu where you could order burgers, steak, or chicken, but the catch was, you had to cook it yourself! Can you believe that? The bartender, Carol, was super chill. She was like, "Hey, grab a drink first, then take it over to the grill and cook your food." It was so much fun! We saw this group in front of us who weren't into the whole cooking thing, so they just left. But we were all about it! They brought out our burgers, and we started grilling them up. They had all the fixings and seasonings, so we went wild and it was such a fun experience. The locals were super friendly, Dakota made delicious drinks, the music was great, and people playing pool. The vibes at Rixs were definitely on point, and we'll for sure be going back again.

Didn't feel like waiting at another restaurant so come upon this one.
Well.......it was a cook your own steak, burger, etc. Sides were choice of bland baked beans salad bar was a bit light on amounts. Texas toast, baked potato came with steaks.
Price was great! Of course we did all the cooking 🤣🤣🤣.
I would still recommend for the experience and the laughs.

Pool bar with a "U-Cook-Em" menu. Salad bar and beans come with the meal. The bartender was so sweet. Obviously a locals place. It was a fun experience to try.

My friends and I had a blast at Rix!! Totally unexpected to find such a cool bar in the little town of Willcox, AZ. We didn’t order any food just drinks and pool. Great vibe, very friendly. Hopefully you’re there when Chachi decides to drop in.

I stumbled upon this unique establishment when visiting Chiricahua National Monument. Imagine my surprise when I got to cook my own dinner, my own way. 2 grills are set up for cooking and you can choose from a variety of sides. Pool, live music, a dance floor , a huge bar and friendly staff and locals will make your eating experience pleasant. The manager even sprang for my first beer. This is exactly what I would hope any small town eatery would be like.

What an absolute jewel in the desert.
We showed up here after sitting in this traffic jam outside dragoon for 2 hours and we were glad we did.
I should have cooked my own steak there as well. Next time .
