Stayed there over night while traveling. Had a terrific experience. Staff was great, room was clean and everything worked. Rooms are a little worn, but not shabby. And for the price it was a good deal. Would stay again and recommend a friend to also.

I liked this place. It has very clean rooms and bedding and linens are not shabby torn or work out. The room is very well put together and you wouldn't think from being inside that you were in a small place. The owners were very nice and helpful. Noon checkout if asked and really good crunchy ice. I love me some cold ice to chew on. Pet friendly and not allot of riff raff or traffic. Across from a store for convenience and overall good time. Mom and pop style spot

Absolutely terrible, room was disgusting, dead flys everywhere. Roaches crawling on the walls when we walked in. Checked out within 10 min of arrival. No refunds.

There is certain comfy at this hotel . I myself love room 102 . You would think your at a Hilton. They keep it super clean and no bugs!! I would recommend them anytime. Plus a store within a skip to. The owners are laid back and chill. They don't harass you and always available for locked out rooms, towels, etc.etc. Go you'll see it for yourself and awesome pricing $55 a night. I think the other Patel group should follow his example and quit being such a jerk to us Americans.

It is a small motel in a town with less than 5000 people. The owners and staff are friendly and kind. The rooms are clean and nice. If you find a problem be or need something you call the desk and withen a very short time they are there helping you. I would recommend this motel to anyone who enjoys the small southern town feel.

Clean, small town motel, did have disturbance at the far end, plus quite a bit of traffic at that end during the night, but air conditioning drowned out the noise. Prices very reasonable. No hair dryer in restroom or replacement TP. But decent for a little town.

Man I thank God for the roof over my head no lie, for the nights spent but my phone in my room was broken. The front desk sent wrong calls too my room and because I didnt reserve rooms due to not knowing how long I'd be there. He tried to suduce my friend into sex for her to stay extra nights. I feel like it could be up graded and ran alot better with more rooms. O and the smell of this water down here......why does it smell so bad? The river walk rooms or much nicer but I was greatful as stated to have some where to sleep atleast.
