Never go here again!
I want to start with saying that the staff is great. This resort has half camping and residence who have double wide mobile homes. Some residence were awesome but there was a select few who think they own the river. They got in the face of people trying to anchor their boat just because they don’t want anyone in front of where they are using the beach. They almost came to a fist fight on a daily occurrence. Resident didn’t care who they were including yelled at minors. At one point the sheriff and CHP was called. These owners need to realize they don’t own the beach. It is BLM land and open to everyone. As a witness to all of this I will never recommend this place to anyone.

It's reasonable price you have a nice Motel either you get one with a sleeper or one with a kitchen you have a place to eat and hang out with your friends you got barbecue pits and the beach is just right there nice and Sandy where you can park your boats your jet skis or just swim
