Absolutely loved my visit to Spa Ritz! The staff was friendly and professional, and the ambiance was perfect for unwinding. The massage was amazing, targeting all the right spots, and I left feeling like a new person. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Went in with some tightness in my back and hips and Coco did such an amazing massage. I feel great after getting off the table. She is very skilled and finding any issues and relieving them in a gentle manner. Than you for taking g care of me.

90 minute oil massage with hot stone was amazing. I left a $5 dollar tip and my masseuse straight up asked for a bigger tip. I respectfully declined.

Maybe I am unfamiliar with massage culture, so someone please educate me. Great massage, but I found the expectation of tips to be strange. Why not just include that up front in your pricing instead of demanding one afterwards? Anyone have advice? We’ll see if I come back. The massage might have been good enough for me to want to lol.

I'd forgotten how important it is to have a massage on a regular basis.,.I was warmly welcomed on my first visit back after covid-19. The salon is a quiet, peaceful place that is set up for a nice relaxing massage. I requested the foot massage ( with clothes on), they actually massaged your tensions away, starting at your temples and ending with a blissful foot treatment, It was a lovely experience.

I have been there twice in a two week period while here on vacation. I loved it each time! They are reasonably priced, accommodating and very respectful of what you need. I had the oil and hot rock back massage along with the foot massage., and I was in heaven. My niece really liked it too but at certain times found it to be painful a bit, but she never told them to go softer, which was her fault. So just make sure you let them know what you want, communicating with the masseuse with your needs will guarantee a great experience. Definitely will be back!!!

went here as a group and one group member massaged said the person massaging them was T-Bagging her and did not enjoy the massage. At the front where you pay, there is a sign, if you don't like service, don't tip. the t-bagging massage therapist chased us at the door demanding tip.

my own massage was ok but nothing special but have received better massaged from a massage chair.

also was overcharged by $6 on my card

This is a "Shanghai Scam"! My husband and I went to get a relaxing massage only to get ripped off by one of the employees at the business. When we went to pay for the massage, we asked a gal to give us change for a $20 so we could tip each masseur upon leaving. The gal walked away with our $20 to get change then came back to call the owner who had stepped outside only to tell him in Mandarin that she did not understand what we wanted and she began to make a scene. When we attempted to explain ourselves to the owner and how we simply wanted to get change from her but she took our money it turned into havoc. This greedy employee accused my husband of putting the $20 back in his pocket when in fact she took the $20 to the back and never returned with it. ALL the employees seemed to be in on it too which was strange. The irony is that our intention was to tip them each ten bucks anyway so we lost nothing in the end. It was the principle of the matter that left us so upset and the fact that the owner didn't do anything about it.
However, their dishonest business practices and employee cost them the loss of two customers who will NEVER return because of what happened. Beware when you go to this establishment, clearly the employees are tipping themselves what they think they deserve at any cost. It is very disappointing that people are so dishonest.

This has been by far, one of the most enjoyable massage experiences i've ever had the pleasure and privilege of patronizing. For 2 months now it's been a consistent, clean, and serene source of relaxation. FIVE FULL/STRONG STARS
