Rituals: classy decor, friendly and helpful staff. Kinsy recently colored, razor cut, and styled my hair. What a great job she did! I moved from Florida where I had the same hairdresser/permanent make up artist for over 20 years. So I am thrilled to have found Kinsy. She took her time and made sure she got the color and cut right.
I am accustomed to Hydrafacial about every 3 months. Ginger does this on a limited basis. And she is very good at it!
I am happy to have found Rituals! (Quality skin and hair products as well as a line of Hobo bags and accessories too!).

Overpriced and not worth what I paid. 70 dollars for me and my child to get a hair cut...it was less then 30 mins for the both of us all together. My hair was cut uneven and my daughter looked the same as when she walked in. Also my hair was cut dry...the girl cut my hair in less then like 8 mins it seemed and she said I was done. I've never been to a Salon where they don't shampoo/condition your hair and just cut it then send you on your way. If that was an extra charge I would have paid for it but not once did anyone mention anything! My daughter felt horrible because her hair did not look even close to what she wanted..Never again will I go here. I could have taught my 14 yr old son to cut my hair and he would have done a better job. Quality of service is awful.

I got a facial by Betsy today & it was THE BEST facial I’ve ever gotten! It was super cute inside with great shopping items & both receptionist were very sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I absolutely love Rituals, they have the sweetest staff and every hair stylist is gifted at what they do. I got my hair done by Taylor and I'm beyond excited about the results.
