I was visiting my sister in town from NY, and she recommended me to get spa service at rituals. I ended up getting probably one of the best facials I've gotten from Brianna. She did a combo of fruit enzyme, vitamin c, and so many other things in my facial and literally ended up giving the galore look! Can't recommend this spa enough and their customer service is amazing!!!

Lynsday is awesome!!!! This was my 1st facial done here and my 2nd in my lifetime.It was the best of the best. My face never got so much attention at one time! I will be coming back for more. Thanks Lyndsay.

Denied a hard working mom who has little free time the ability to use their gift card by the time they finally were able to try and claim it they said it expired. Now if you took someone's money you're then going to say it's suddenly worthless over time? This is a poor predatory practice and even yet not disclosed at time of purchase.

You're better off handing people cash then to buy a giftcard.

Great message, convenient location, I would have given 5 stars but as a frequent spa client up and down the east coast there are a few concerns. All the bedding should always be white as a client color doesn't tell me it's sanitized as spas hotels, fine dining, use white for just this reason the clients are ensured cleanliness. This is also the reason I don't do day spa in Dothan I literally call to ask if they use all white bedding before booking. Also I was given a trash bag for my clothing ,beyond tacky, it was my birthday and I was dressed for dinner. I would encourage a locker area for client belongings and quality white robes to provide clients that received services that aren't in one room only. I hope this helps both the business and clients with a level of class that Dothan has never seen. I loved my message but haven't been back because of these issues.

Very pleasant, relaxing! All personnel were polite. Kara the massage therapist did a fantastic job! This was my first massage, and she was very professional. I had a knot in my left shoulder that would make my hand go numb. Kara was able to massage it away without any discomfort.

Received a facial this morning from Mallory! She was personable, kind, & knowledgeable about every thing she was doing. As a first timer this made my experience not only relaxing but also a learning experience which I loved! She made me feel so at home & I left glowing and absolutely relaxed! Mallory played a huge role in that. She is awesome!
