My first time visiting Rituals was such a great experience! Dr. Lauren is absolutely incredible at what she does. She took the time to understand me and the specific issues that I am having, targeting those areas/concerns. So often, it seems chiropractors will get complacent and just crack you and get you out the door, but Dr. Lauren is very different in her practices and makes her time with you truly count. It was very refreshing that she also took the time to work on my tight muscles, which go hand in hand with my neck getting out of alignment.
Aside from a wonderful chiropractic experience, she was really personable and easy to talk to. I am currently prenatal and she was very informative in helping me understand how my body will continue to change throughout pregnancy, and how to best support myself to keep a healthy spine & body.

Even after just a one hour consultation appointment, I can confidently say she will be my new chiro moving forward! I couldn’t have been happier with my appointment and I look forward to continuing to work with her. Very highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Rituals since 2021 when I was pregnant with my 2nd child. Dr. Lauren and her team are incredible! The chiropractic care from Dr. Lauren as well as the reflexology & acupressure services from Kassie have surpassed my expectations! I always leave feeling so much better and taken care of! The care you receive here is always professional and patient-focused coming from experienced and knowledgeable staff with such caring hearts! I’m now pregnant with my 3rd child and routinely visit for services from both Dr. Lauren and Kassie. I truly believe they are a huge reason why I have felt so good during both pregnancies!
Just recently, I needed to get in to Dr. Lauren for an adjustment last minute before a vacation. I went online to schedule but saw her day was booked. I then preceded to add my name to the wait list. As soon as they opened that morning, I received a call that they could fit me in at the end of the day!
