I recently had the displeasure of visiting this doctor's office and it was a complete nightmare. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel very unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Not only that, but trying to communicate with anyone in the office was like pulling teeth. They seemed disinterested in helping and couldn't be bothered to answer basic questions or follow up on appointments. Save yourself the frustration and find a more professional healthcare provider elsewhere. I would like to note I was a patient for a few months and still continued to try to make it work.

Jessica is patient and understanding. She showed compassion and was very eager to help me with my anxiety issues. The office staff is kind and helpful. I would recommend this office for all of your healthcare needs. They are top notch!

Jessica and her team are beyond helpful, respectful, accommodating, and the list can go on. Jessica is very thorough and patience. I have never felt rushed or judged during any of my appointments. I would highly recommend the Rise & Thrive team to anyone.

Jessica and her staff are amazing. She really cares about you as a patient. She is so smart and knowledgeable. She is very passionate about making you whole. If you have health issues, struggle with mental health or need Botox and IV therapy she is the right practitioner for the job. Her staff is equally as helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this medical facility and Medspa!

Jessica and her staff are amazing, the time Jessica took to listen to my concerns and how I had been feeling made me feel that I was more then just another patient at a Drs office. Its not often you can walk into a place and feel safe in the hands of strangers but Jessica and her team did just that. Very knowledgeable Staff and I have been feeling great since Going to Rise & Thrive

Appointment with provider was fine but be prepared to have difficulty if you try to follow up. Can't get anyone via a phone call after several attempts. I just get a text message/email saying we're busy what do you want which to me is rude and a poor way to provide customer service. They told me my insurance didn't need prior authorization when it did. Nobody ever got the auth so I was never able to start the medication. Tried to call office again to no avail. Paid good $ for an appointment and no results! Very annoying. Save yourself the time $ and aggravation and go elsewhere.

Jessica was very informative like no other dr I have come across. Whether a natural approach or medicinal, her knowledge and treatment options were very easy to understand for my teenage daughter and myself. I highly recommend!!

Jessica is amazing and the office staff are so polite. Jessica listens to you and cares so much to find the right solution to your problem. She explains everything. The vitamin drips alone are well worth it. I highly recommend if you want to feel better you come to see her. She can take care of the whole family from infants to grandparents. She has helped me so much
