As someone who has worked in the wedding industry for over 10 years, I knew I wanted a venue that was special and unique when the day came that I would be planning my own wedding. My husband stumbled upon Riata Ranch Santa Margarita while looking at venues online. Our whole experience was exactly what we hoped it would be. We also appreciated that the owners have continued to improve the property since initially opening. They added so many great features to the tipi site during the course of our engagement, so we got to enjoy all of the upgrades at our wedding. There is no doubt in my mind that Riata Ranch Santa Margarita will continue to become a premier venue on the central coast as their name continues to spread.

Alex and Caroline were really easy to work with. They allowed us to see the property multiple times, and they were great with communication. We will definitely be coming back to stay at the ranch house in the near future. If you are thinking about booking an event at Riata, we strongly recommend that you jump on the opportunity. We are so glad that we did!

If you want to be transported to a magical place, Riata Ranch is it! We booked this site for our rehearsal dinner, our wedding, and our Sunday morning brunch. Guests were blown away! The space speaks for itself and requires very little decoration. The team is easy to work with and were supportive over the course of the entire weekend. I would highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed exploring Riata Ranch in Santa Margarita. Beautifully scenic, with plenty of space to simply get away and enjoy the peace and quiet the property offers. The house is great and Luke was a very friendly and accommodating tour guide.
