Employees are completely rude with no professional mannerisms at all. It's like they are completely miserable that they have to do their job. Only speaking of the Casino side for that's how I make my decision to stay. Buffet is $30. per adult, a little too pricey for me, granite that lady was nice. I did take a look at it and it looks enjoyable, but you have to be your own judge.

Love this place. My husband has played black jack here and won. Kind of fun. Although we are Christian so not entirely sure if that’s allowed? Idk. We go there to eat. We’ve eaten at Ruthie’s up top as well as the buffet and have no complaints at either. We’ve enjoyed both every time. There is a spa here, I’ve never used it tho. I’ve also never stayed at the rooms, but the lobby is beautiful and clean so I imagine the rooms are nice too.

Had a great experience with a top notch suite. The vallet was great and even took our bags to our room. Some say it's pricey but I believe it is worth it. Just wish room service from the lounge was available.

My husband and I came here about 10 months ago and just visited the casino. We were not very impressed when we spent that time here.

This time we are back in town to meet up with some friends and we decided that we were going to stay at the hotel here at the casino and the room is very nice. It's a little pricey for how low The amount of people were that are there.

We probably wouldn't stay here again just because of the cost when we can stay down the road for more than half off of what we paid for this room.

The buffet left a lot to be desired and we did let the manager know. Dad, the food on the buffet was not warm at all and everything that had any type of breading or anything was a very soggy mess.

The gelato was very gritty and tasted very freezer burnt. The chicken was dry and the other food including the salad was like wilted from sitting there. So I would definitely recommend that for as little amount of time is they have their buffet open that they should definitely make sure that they keep their food fresh on there.

Absolutely the worst casino we have ever visited. Very rude from slot attendants to security. Three different machines froze, broke or ran out of paper. The last incident however was by far the worst. Took 56 minutes to retrieve my measly $30.00 ticket. When the machine froze it was on the first pull and scrolls stopped in the middle of the play. They took my bet even though it never finished playing out. We do not recommend this casino to anybody. There are a lot of other "friendly" places to visit.

Best casino in the Quad cities hands down. They have some very friendly dealers and pit bosses who have always treated me well and respectfully. Tracy and Chuck are true professionals who are excellent at greeting their customers and taking care of them. I enjoy coming here to relax and enjoy my conversations with the employees.

Cognac was calling and I can’t drink so I dipped out. Many happy folks here having fun doing their thing. I didn’t get a room. I was just visiting whilst I waited on my drop off spot 2 open. I’m not a gambler so I kept my dollars 💵 in my pocket 😂 clean restrooms 🚽

It was our first time here, and it was a great time. The hotel is so beautiful and there are great restaurants right onsite. The casino is amazing as well. Went again with family. Will definitely be back
