Such a beautiful day!!! My massage was top notch. Entire experience was epic. Pool was clean, food delicious, drinks refreshing. Don't forget to check out the garden. SO gorgeous. Also, the robes are lovely.

This is my go-to place for my birthday every June. The staff is all so friendly and sweet and kind. They really make you feel right at home. Lots of comfy places to lounge while you wait for your services and a beautiful sparkling pool. The bistro is also delicious as well! My favorite services are the sports massage and the revive facial.

All the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They seem to be very willing to help. I didn't think the $35 day spa pass had much value. There is also a 20% tip added onto your bill. You could sit in their steam room or sauna and had access to the lockers, showers and pool. It was very quiet. The staff started coming out to the pool around 11. The hammocks were wet and had tree debris in them. The pool looked like it needed a good cleaning. I had a nice Cobb salad that was of good size.

We enjoyed a really relaxing day at this spa. The massage therapists were great. Our favorite part of the day was spending the afternoon at the pool. One of the better spa pools in Phoenix. The drinks and food were great. The service was very prompt and friendly as well. Recommended the Shrimp cocktail and JW margarita. The locker rooms and amenities within need some updating. There were tiles missing in the hot tub and mold in the shower. Simple fixes that could bring this to a 5 star spa. Still enjoyed the experience though and will be back!

It's nice, but for a JW, I was hoping for amazing. The staff is great, but the experience is average when you are getting services. The quiet room before your service pictured has plastic couches and chairs. Which stick to you and are not comfortable. The fireplace was broken. They do have lovey warm neck wraps for while you wait. If you are coming for the pool, bistro, and gym, I would give that section a 4. It is lovely. That's probably why they encourage you to go there and only spend 5 mins before your appointment in the quiet room.

Great atmosphere and genuinely kind and friendly reception. Sal was so warm and quickly checked me in. Debbie welcomed me and showed me around. Carolyn was very attentive to my needs and very accommodating to my request. It was a great experience! Thank you to the entire Team.
