Extremely frustrated with this business. I purchased a Groupon and was instructed to email Valentina to make an appointment. I've been emailing Valentina since August 9th, and she has barely responded. At one point she took 16 days to respond, and that was only after I complained to Groupon. I've now been awaiting a response since August 28th, the proposed appointment day has since went and I've never gotten a response.

Update: not even an hour after posting this, Valentina sent me an email telling me to contact Groupon for a refund. Additionally, the apology that the business owner is referring to in their response to this review was me saying sorry for the back and forth. I don’t think that warrants waiting 2+ weeks for an email response. Absolutely unreal unprofessionalism.

I’ve been getting facials here for over two years and consistently look forward for the amazing space and service Valentina provides. I always leave feeling so fresh and revitalized and of course my skin looks fantastic. It has become an essential staple of my skincare routine, and Valentina has taught me so much about my skin and how to take care of it or why I fall to certain patterns or outbreaks. This my absolute favorite spa of all time. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure a top tier, customized experience. The environment is a relaxing sanctuary and feels like stepping away from the busy city into a serene oasis of calm. I love their infra red sauna and yoga classes. I recently had a facial done here- my skin has never felt better. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Wish I would have seen the other reviews before I wasted my time. I booked an infrared sauna online at this spa because it's close to me. Got here a little before my appointment and waited outside until my appointment time. The door was locked, no lights on, no one answered the bell, and no one answered the phone. Won't make that mistake again. Not sure why you're letting people book online if you're not actually taking appointments.

Came in for the infrared sauna as I'd been craving a good sweat. This place is the perfect mixture of modern, boho, and serene. Staff was fantastic. Can't wait to come back. Easy street parking in front. Oh, and don't be fooled by their posted hours, when you go to book you'll see evening options.
