WARNING, BAD SERVICE

Walked into this place to order for take out. Restaurant wasn’t busy about 3 tables with customers dining in. Waited with my brother in law for a good 20-30mins before checking in with the woman at the register. She kept insisting food was almost done, so we waited another 10mins. Decided to walk up and ask again only to see her point to our order receipt at the cooks. Turned out they haven’t even started making the order, couldn’t get a refund. Took nearly an hour to get our order, no sense of Urgency. Terrible service DO NOT waste your time.

Called in for pick up order. Lady on the phone was very courteous. Took down my order and said it would take 30 mins.
I ordered the 3 pupusas cheese and 3 revuelta (mix) an order of fried plantains with beans and two beverages Ensalada (Mix fruit) drink pretty delicious. Came out to be $50 something. Tad pricey. But delicious everything was good. Totally recommend calling in for less wait.

This is the 3rd time I dined in. it was as bad as the previous two. Wrong order, late, incomplete, salty, dry. When I complained, the waitress told me to take the food home and fix it with some chicken broth. Certainly, that was my dream...wait 2 hours for my food and then take it home to fix it cause it is so bad I can't eat it in the restaurant.

I had to revise my review to this place because after a recent visit , the pupusas were not the same , you could tell the maza was not the same and the chesse in the pupusas was mozzarella. I should have just made quesadillas at home. ALSO we decided to eat at the restaurant we bought 5 pupusas and the girl gave us a small , cup , of Curtido, enough for only 1 pupusa, she said if we wanted more, they charge extra. That was ridiculous. We will never come back here.

I had order food to be delivered from an app and the driver took for ever to go pick up my food but the persons from the restaurant called me to tell me the food had been waiting for 40 minutes. They just not go out of their way to call me but they also prepared fresh food again. Not many restaurants would do that. They are great service! And the food is amazing!
