My go-to hotel when in Springfield! Whenever I’m in town on business, I always try to stay at this comfortable and clean hotel. Rooms are spacious and include a full kitchen. Service is outstanding - especially at the front desk and breakfast. The hotel is near some restaurants but a few miles from downtown Springfield.

This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn as part of a large family reunion group. I was very impressed with the spacious suite. The room was fully equipped with everything that one would need for an extended stay. I did not need to use any of the kitchen as I was only there for 2 nights but I can see where this would be a wonderful layout for someone needing to stay a while. There were many, many outlets as well for devices. The desk, work area, even had a strip for many outlets. The blow dryer was adequate for my medium hair. ||The room, as well as all the public areas, were very clean. I liked the sanitizing wipes available to clean the remote and other surfaces. Everything was in perfect order for my stay. The room was very quiet from hearing others but one of our party said they could hear people above them, I never had that issue. My only complaint on noise was the HVAC unit was rather noisy and it's placement in the room is right by the bed. It was constantly kicking off and on and in hindsight I should of asked the desk if they had earplugs. Honestly, that was the only issue I had but I have a hard time sleeping anywhere new the first few nights. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the bedding, very soft and cozy, perfectly inviting to fall asleep. ||I was very impressed with the breakfast provided. I am not a big breakfast eater and typically the food offered at hotel breakfasts seems to come out of a bag and gets heated up. The food was very flavorful, hot, and seasoned well. There were 2 ladies that came around picked up plates, offered bacon, I felt like I was at grandma's house and she was taking care of making sure we were all well fed. Those ladies did a wonderful job as we were a very large group for 2 mornings. The front desk staff was very nice and I seen people cleaning and taking care of things throughout the stay. ||We had a very large group and the room that was available to use was very nice as well as the spacious lobby area with lots of seating. We were able to spread out and have a very nice 2 day family reunion. ||I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and I will start looking at Residence Inn's closer when I travel.

Everything was nice until the last hour. I went out to get breakfast and fuel for my truck. I was going to rest up for my trip back home. When I arrived back to my room at 11am, I saw the door was held open by the swing lock. Upon entering cautiously I saw the bed made up with the old linen on the floor. I removed some of my items from the refrigerator and left. I went to the registration desk to check out. I asked the lady at the desk to confirm my check out time and she confirmed it was noon. I explained to her what happened but only received a short verbal apology. So I had to sit in my truck for an hour idling the engine in the cold weather waiting for my other passenger to check out from another room at noon. What an inconvenience.

Great location, very very nice rooms. Clean. Breakfast could be better, but there's restaurants everywere around you. Great place to stay in Springfield.

I cannot say enough nice things. Our stay was wonderful, the property was clean, but most importantly they had the most pleasant staff I have encountered at a stateside hotel!!! They were wonderful, and had a great breakfast spread as well. I just wish the pool was heated.
