Key Features and Amenities

As an Extended Stay Hotel option, the Residence Inn Prescott is specifically designed to accommodate guests who require more than a typical short-term stay. This often includes business travelers embarking on longer projects, families visiting for extended family vacations, or individuals relocating and needing temporary housing. The emphasis on longer stays naturally translates into specific amenities tailored to sustained comfort, such as well-equipped kitchens within many rooms, allowing guests to prepare their own meals and potentially save on dining out expenses during their time in Prescott.

The hotel's location on Lee Circle provides a central point of reference within Prescott, potentially offering easy access to various local attractions, dining options, and business districts. While specific details regarding on-site dining, fitness facilities, or meeting rooms would typically be found on the official website, the Residence Inn brand generally focuses on providing a clean and comfortable environment for extended periods. Considerations from Guest Reviews

Feedback from online reviews, including those hosted on platforms like Google My Business where the property maintains 610 reviews, provides valuable perspective for potential visitors. The average rating of 4.4/5 suggests a generally positive guest experience, but it's important to consider the nuances shared by past guests.

Some reviews have highlighted specific points of consideration. Initial surprise regarding additional fees, such as a nightly parking charge not clearly communicated on the website, has been noted by a few guests. Furthermore, while acknowledging the room's cleanliness, some visitors mentioned observing minor wear and tear, including scuffs on walls and cabinets, suggesting that the property might benefit from more frequent updates or maintenance to maintain a consistently fresh appearance.

A significant recurring comment pertains to the quality of the bedding. Several reviews explicitly mentioned that the beds were exceptionally uncomfortable, leading one guest to significantly lower their rating due to this factor. This points towards a potential key area for improvement, as the comfort of the sleeping accommodations is fundamental to a positive extended stay. It's worth noting that this concern was shared by multiple reviewers, indicating it may be more representative of the property than isolated incidents.

Planning Your Stay at Residence Inn Prescott

For individuals contemplating a stay at the Residence Inn Prescott, careful planning can enhance the overall experience. Booking directly through the Website offered by Marriott often provides access to the most current availability and package deals. Given the hotel's focus on extended stays, it is advisable to inquire about long-term rates during the reservation process.

Prospective guests, especially those planning an extended visit, should consider the practical aspects highlighted in reviews. Familiarizing oneself with potential additional charges, such as parking fees, before arrival can help avoid unexpected expenses. Similarly, if restful sleep is a priority, especially for longer durations, it would be prudent to research recent reviews specifically mentioning bed comfort, as this appears to be a focal point for some guests' satisfaction or dissatisfaction.

The Residence Inn Prescott serves as a functional accommodation choice within Prescott, Arizona. Its positioning as an Extended Stay Hotel makes it particularly suitable for specific types of travelers. Potential guests are encouraged to weigh the positive aspects of its location and amenities against the points of consideration detailed in various reviews regarding potential fees, minor room maintenance issues, and the subjective comfort level of the bedding. This balanced approach will enable individuals to make an informed decision that aligns with their specific travel requirements and expectations for comfort during their Prescott visit.

We were initially surprised to find a nightly parking fee, not mentioned on the website. The desk attendant then seemed to imply that we couldn't afford the room when we inquired about additional fees.

The room was clean but could benefit from some refreshing; while the decor was fine, numerous wall and cabinet scuffs were noticeable.

However, the bed was exceptionally uncomfortable. I would reconsider staying at any Hilton property again if other hotels have similar beds.

In fact, I'm lowering my rating from 3 to 2 stars because of the bed.

Whether a short or long term stay, this by far is one of the best hotels to stay at while in Prescott. I have stayed here before and will never go anywhere else. This hotel has all the amenities one could ask for. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. When I needed a room with two queen beds, Wilson and Teresa were more than happy to promptly accommodate me. The rooms are spacious and larger than your standard size hotel room. They are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The quality of the hot breakfast was amazing! The eggs were real cage free eggs, not powdered. Everyday had different menu items like fresh fruit, oatmeal, muffins, etc. And Rocky, very nice lady in charge, always made a point to welcome everyone with a smile.

Good location but hotel is showing its age. If your room faces the highway expect to hear a lot of noise otherwise you room will face the pool or rec areas, expect noise there too. Room was ok, housekeeping didn’t show up one day, and the towels they offer couldn’t have been much cheaper. Bathroom has a tub with a shower head and no door between the sink and closet area and the bed. The design throws a lot of light onto the bed with no way to block it. Whoever designed this was an idiot. This is not unique to this location, most Residence Inn’s are designed this way. Breakfast is included, it was nothing special, but ok. I really didn’t like that they charge you to park there. Like their bath towels that just feels cheap. The grounds and public areas are nice. Overall I couldn’t give the place four stars but it is better than a three star hotel.

I want to start by saying that all the staff was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and wonderful customer service, so I don't want this review to reflect their efforts. The hotel itself is aging badly. Our bathroom door didn't close, the windows were so old the road noise was awful, and the windows were also so off kilter not one latched (even worse on the first floor for security and probably didn't help with the road noise). I don't expect much from hotel towels, but these were clearly the absolute cheapest option available. Feels like the owners are trying to squeeze every possible penny of profit by cutting corners. Decent location but we'll opt to stay elsewhere on our next visit.

Had to stop here last minute because of road closures. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Kelly at breakfast was pleasant and attentive. The rooms were clean. The beds comfortable. The road noise is a little loud, but manageable. Location is great.

Perfect stay, special thanks to Tee. Great location, clean, couldn't ask for better.

Beds are firm, yet enough cushioning for 6' 240 lbs. Probably a 5.5 - 6 on the firmness scale. Medium firm.

There was nothing alarming about our stay.

Had to spend the night in Prescott due to our dog having emergency surgery. The staff were so accommodating with both of our dogs (95 and 145 pounds). They are beyond pet friendly, no weight or breed restrictions and they loved our dogs! The rooms are clean and spacious, we love the wood floors and leather furniture (especially with dogs). We are very impressed with our stay, the hospitality, and price.

Dirty. Pillows weren’t changed as shown with the hair. Some bugs inside the room. Some things are missed and I get that but when I spoke with front desk in the morning and not even an apology. If you care about cleanliness, would not recommend
